Food was great! Wish we could order Thai Ice tea on foodler. My dept ordered lunch here and they were on time. I would order here again.

i had put in a order for lunch food never came and only thing they said was that they can cancel and refund the money. missed lunch and have to work hungry the rest of the day! thank you for offering nothing for your mistake. Customer should not have to ask what they can do for your mistake. just because we don't ask for anything for your mistake it would have been nice to offer something even if its the smallest thing.

OMG - I LOVE the food from Stone Hearth - not only can you taste the home made deliciousness, you can see them preparing your food when you eat there. I have already recommended it to several colleagues, who have also been delighted. Awesome people make it one of my top choices for lunch in this area.

The driver took forever with the food and upon arrival did not give the two sodas I was charged 5 dollars for.

I love Foodler. It is a great way to order takeout. The customer service is outstanding, on the rare occasion when there are issues with the order

Nice big fresh Greek salad and hot, tender marinated, grilled steak tips packages on the side. Good creamy Greek salad dressing and pita brad, too. What a good, pretty low carb dinner -- for two nights.

My 2nd order was to BarKogi - food was ok but order was not correct at first. Not a Foodler issue, I'm sure -
I called the restaurant and they happily corrected the error.

Food was received two hours after ordering, and wasn't hot

Foodler is an awesome way to get your favorite food from restaurants that don't deliver. They stay in regular contact with you and have friendly drivers.

Foodler was great but the food from Gourmet Garden was very sub par. I ordered 3 maki rolls. They all tasted the same with very little flavor. Almost as though they weren't fresh. I was very disappointed needless to say

Honestly Foodler could do a heck of a lot better on customer service. I ordered on sunday night and the food arrived 2 hours and 15 minutes late, over 3 hours after I ordered. When the food arrived the miso soup was cold, the rice had dried out, and the avocado had turned brown. I was too scared to eat raw fish that was likely out for 3 hours so I threw it away. I contacted foodler to ask about a refund and they kept saying they needed to reach out to the restaurant. 2 days and many emails later they still had not contacted them. They claimed the restaurant was unreachable which was interesting because when I called to see they picked up on the second ring. The restaurant would not refund and foodler refuses to stand behind their service. I'd highly recommend you order elsewhere.

Some of the restaurants are not as good as reported and the food is often delivered cold and very late at times.

I've tried almost every food delivery service available. Foodler has the widest choices, and has always helped me when the odd problem has occurred.

I'm mostly satisfied with foodler service but one of there restaurant's charged my card numbers at Dunkin Donuts for $5.18 after they delivered my order I'm quite sure of the restaurant

Although we were given the wrong order, the food is great either way and they deliver in the time stated
