FOODLER is by far the best delivery service out there. They have excellent customer service and you as a customer are rewarded for your loyalty with great prizes such as umbrellas, coffee mugs, t-shirts, etc. and foodler bucks to use on future orders. No other company offers anything like it! If you are not satisfied with your order they resolve the problem immediately. They are absolutely the best!

Foodler's save your order option did not save my allergies notes and I recreated an order only to realize that it could kill me if I ate it. No apology or potential solution from their CS team. Had to escalate twice before I got a refund for my inedible order. Other orders have swapped out items with no refund for price difference, clear from restaurant receipt that my order was not communicated to them correctly from foodler

There aren't many good delivery spot in Everett. This place was good, not enough white rice, if you order the curry or a meat dish think about ordering 3 orders of white rice

The corn isn't fresh.. we could the metal... the chicken is phenomenal...

Overall, excellent! Sushi always wrapped beautifully with well balanced flavors. Yaki-tori were moist and a good blend of salty/sweet. Miso soup is always a strong staple.

The rice and meat were a little cold, but otherwise very delicious

Foodler gives me more delivery options than Grubhub, and their order site is easy to use.

Food was quicker than expected but they let you know and food was nice.

I like Foodler. Once got a completely unexpected refund for a unsatisfactory experience that wasn't Foodler's fault, but helped me to have a good experience on the app. Very reliable service. I've never had someone not show up, or show up and drive away with my food like other delivery services. A little slow on delivery, but my guess is it has more to do with the restaurant than anything because I know which places will be 10 minutes late and I know which will be 10 minutes early.

Owner from Mia Mias called me 20 times in a row. The fact you affiliate with these type of businesses is deplorable. Candi, in customer service sides with the owners lies.
