Fogstar Arvostelua 

I purchased a Fogstar Drift 280 in November. I just came back from Lytham St Annes after 5 nights in our caravan for New Year's. I thought I'd share how great the battery performed. We have a twin-axle caravan with a quad motor mover, E&P leveling system, and wet central heating. It was very cold and windy with no solar input, and the heating was on constantly, along with normal lighting around the caravan. After motor-moving it back onto our driveway, it still finished on 34% with 13.1 volts. I am amazed at how good Fogstar batteries are. Our two old 110a lead-acid batteries would not have lasted at all. I forgot to mention I even used 20% of the battery power to top up the Ecoflow for my Mrs hairdryer/straightener and microwave. I 100% recommend their batteries; they are the best caravan purchase to date. Looking forward to 2026 with lots of weekends planned. Many thanks, Ian and Jue.

I bought a 280ah drift in the black Friday sale at a great price. Delivery was quick. I required some of the settings to be altered in the BMS to fit in with what i wanted to use the battery for and Mark in customer support did this remotely for me after a few e mails and a phone call. Top marks all round.

Clear concise communication

I had to contact Fogstar over the Christmas period and spoke with Phil.
I have to say that the service I received was second to none it was absolutely spot on.
He answered all my questions and gave me the information I required.
It wasn’t even a Fogstar fault but an inverter issue which made his help even more welcome.
I there without hesitation can recommend this company.

I placed an order on the 15th of December unfortunately there was a problem between fogstar and the delivery company,these things happen, emailed Fogstar and got a reply from Chavarna who was very apologetic and sent out a replacement next day, top customer service

Really great old fashioned customer service. Really friendly, helpful staff who get stuff done! Chavarna sent out a data cable straight away and free of charge so I could update my battery. The kit is brilliant too. Such good value.

I can highly recommend this company for there impeccable service that I received ...sending some screen shots of my fogstar battery app the technician mark rang me told me what I needed to do over the phone and was all sorted within the hour ...fantastic

Delivery time superb and cost. Initially thought I had an issue and the support was spot on working with me to resolve, eventually found the issue was with my charger, and battery was fine. Good company, good product and would highly recommend.

The batteries are good and the company is good, but unfortunately the customer service people on the phone try to come across like they know what they're talking about when in truth they don't.

For example they'll tell you to fully charge your LiFePo4 batteries until the BMS trips and charging automatically stops, but that's really bad advice because at 14.4v (maximum absorption voltage for the charger) the batteries will never actually reach the required voltage (14.6v or 3.65v/cell) to trip the BMS. Instead what will happen is that the charger will just keep the absorption voltage at 14.4v and if you leave it for too long like I did, waiting in vain for the BMS to trip, it will stress and damage the cells of the batteries.

But nobody at Fogstar will tell you that because they're not knowledgeable enough to understand. They're giving out duff advice which will damage expensive new batteries and they don't even realise it.

Not had the battery for long but the service from Mark, Ben and the team is 5*!

Helped me troubleshoot my self install and were patient with my queries and questions

I recently purchased my second Seplos BDM system to give me extra capacity to store not only solar by day but also Economy 7 at night. I found the staff to be really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Had an issue with accessing the App, was prompted to use the Beta. Worked straight away. Very prompt and efficient service.

After contacting Fogstar after having a issue while I was travelling in Spain. There customer service and communications was excellent. This included emails and phone calls. Unfortunately the issue was unabled to be rectified until I returned to the UK. But on my arrival to Fogstar they fixed the issue very promptly. Thank you

I found Fogstar responde quickly to my emails and are knowledgeable and helpful, I highly recommend them.

Excellent service after ordering wrong item. Easy return service arranged by the company and the correct item was received a few days later.

I requested config changes to my new battery late one evening. Customer services (Mark) addressed it first thing the next day.
The product and delivery were also excellent.

I posted a question on the Fogstar Facebook page Saturday evening. I received an immediate reply despite it being the weekend and first thing Monday morning got an email with the solution to my problem. You don’t get better customer service than that.
