Purchased a battery from fogstar as it was localish to me and a British based company,all good this summer but stupidly lost a terminal bolt when doing some work.contacted them to purchase replacement and sent them out free of charge.customer service is really good.

Incredible technical support form Mark. I was doing something out of the norm (changing an old forklift lead acid battery to Fogstar Lithium) I was advised which batteries would match and how to charge it. The new batteries are working a treat and I love how we can keep an eye on the exact charge levels via the app. This company comes highly recommended.

I have just bought one of there Drift Eco lithium battery’s, I wanted to collect the battery in person on arrival the product had already been picked and was waiting for me, the warehouse staff and the office lady’s especially Chavarna and Keira were all very welcoming and polite plus they were all very knowledgable about there products. I have removed two lead acid battery’s and fitted the Lithium one in my camper wow !!! What a difference in usable energy plus a big saving in weight.
I would recommend buying any of the fogstar Lithium battery’s in the range.

I think Fogstar are a shining example of how a UK company can shine. I am new to caravaning and they gave me technical advice same day over the phone, I bought the battery from a dealer and Fogstar shipped direct to me. I was sent a complimentary battery tray. Upon receipt Victoria (on their support team) helped me register my 10 year warranty. The app works brilliantly too. So "Buy British! Buy Fogstar!".

I found fogstar very helpful and friendly. Jade was quick and direct and I would use the company again.

I recently bought 3 21700 batteries and after using them for a few weeks i noticed that one was not quite as good as the other 2. I contacted Fogstar and informed them about said battery and after some back and forth, and supplying some photo's of the charge and discharge rates, they quickly agreed to supply me with a replacement.
Overall i think they did a great job and i couldn't be happier with the outcome.
Edit - the battery they supplied as a replacement was no better than the one i already had. It had a capacity of 5000Mah and not the advertised 6000Mah.
