Please be careful with this company. I've ordered Seplos Manson twice. The second order sent me different battery cells. They were mixed. They simply disposed of the batteries they no longer needed. I've contacted them numerous times and they've never called me back. The battery isn't working properly and is draining faster. Huge voltage difference on a single cells. They don't care

I had issue yesterday. First time in nearly 2 years. Only a gliche with app. I phoned tech support who were really helpful and 10 minutes later im monitoring my system again. Can't fault Fogstar for efficiency. Thanks guys.

All in all an excellent experience! The website was very easy to navigate and with lots of useful information making it easier to choose the right product. Very easy to order and my battery arrived a lot quicker than I expected, very helpful as my old batteries had expired. I had a few questions re set up and installation in a hybrid setup and these were all answered very speedily making an easier installation. Mark in technical support was brilliant. An excellent product and brilliant customer support, will definitely use again. Lastly their app is really good and simple to set up.

I had ordered a lithium battery charger and when it arrived the packaging was severely damaged. I took a couple of photos and contacted customer services immediately and very soon afterwards I was contacted by Victoria who told me that a replacement would be sent out straight away. I took a few more images of the damage on the actual charger for clarity. They have arranged collection of the original unit and have sent a replacement.
The experience was completely seamless and very quick - very, very impressed.

I have bought small batteries in the past and now have bought two 14kWh Seplos DIY cases and seperate cells. I had a couple of missing cables from my last order, and the issue was resolved without fuss and very quickly. I have nothing but praise for Fogstar and would recommend them to anyone for their battery needs.

Had to contact fogstar customer service with a BMS settings issue, I got a very quick response and to solve the issue I spoke on the phone with Mark Cheeseman who is a wizard at fixing technical issues, he had my problem sorted within 1/2 hour. Can't praise Mark and everyone involved enough. Excellent customer service and response. Thanks fogstar team.

Recently decided to go ‘lithium’ for my caravan as I am reluctant to spend £6.00 - £8.00 a day for ehu when on site.
I decided to buy a Fogstar drift 280 amp battery and a charger after positive recommendations from members of a forum I am on.
I have to say the battery has been excellent, less weight than the 110 amp lead acid it replaces and 5 times the usable power versus the lead acid and the app allows me to monitor the battery state whilst sat in the house with the caravan on the drive.
I can comfortably go 4 /5 days without needing to recharge the battery and come the spring / summer my solar panels will mean I won’t need to use ehu.
Delivery was quick and customer service was excellent when I had a query regarding charging the battery.
I can highly recommend Fogstar batteries and their customer service is second to non.

Great products and excellent customer service. I bought my first Fogstar Drift 18mths ago and it has been a game changer. Just started my new campervan build and am fitting two 280hr Drift's in this one.

Decided to buy a Fogstar on the basis of tech support etc, although not as cheap as the others. However the support and accompanying literature etc is very good so far, I think it was worth the extra. Mark has delivered what I wanted to know! Very good
