Fogstar Arvostelua 

I bought the 105amp hour fog star drift battery in the middle of June and fitted it to my touring caravan. However, as my caravan is a twin axle with quad motor movers I had made a mistake buying the 105amp battery as the safety system in the battery is set at about 155amp peak and the quad movers could draw 160amp peak.
Long story short is even though it was my mistake, fogstar arranged pickup of the battery by courier from our home and refunded the full price of the battery to my credit card. I thought there would be a £25 fee for restocking the battery and I also thought I would have to pay the return postage, but no, full refund received.
The contact between the company was a little bit protracted but everybody I spoke to via email was understanding and helpful. I was sent the wrong link via email to return the battery but when that error was corrected and new link sent, everything w3mt smoothly and refund issued quickly.
Well done to Fogstar for customer service and when I can afford the larger correct size battery for my caravan I will be using Fogstar.

Well i haven't actually bought anything yet sad I'm trying to find an installer in my area that's happy to install a battery they don't usually recommend. However I've emailed Fogstar quite a few times as I'm old and need a lot of advice and they've been great. I've spoken to Chavarna Clarke and Mark Cheeseman and so far I've got nothing but good things to say about them. I'm looking forward to getting a battery, and a hybrid inverter and changing my old tech over

Excellent battery (Drift 628), working fine and the inbuilt BMS with App readout is a joy. I was modifying a system not of my making and they invited me to take it to Fogstar for their recommendation which was very easy and I left with something I knew would be compatible. For setup information I found email to be the best option and got helpful answers within a day. There were cheaper batteries on the online markets but I wanted reliable quality from someone happy to publicise their address, I'm happy with my choice.

I needed an RS232 cable to do a firmware update on my batteries. Chavarna responded quickly and one was sent free of charge

Excellent company, have Purchased 2 Seplos kits from them, second one, one of the cells developed a fault some months later, Fogstar sent out a replacement cell as soon as one came back into stock. Excellent customer service.

After an initial problem with delivery which was in no way Fogstars fault, the customer service I received by Chavarna Clarke was above and beyond, making sure I received my battery promptly. This is why I have used Fogstar in the past and will continue to do so.

I was having real difficulty getting my Victron Cerbo to communicate with my three 32kWh Fogstar batteries, but a couple of emails and phone calls with Mark Cheeseman and it was working perfectly. He solved the issue calmly and methodically. Highly recommended!

Brilliant!!! Easily found a phone number, not compelled to online LLM Ai or ‘send an inquiry’. 3/4 options telephone menu quick, clear, and concise. No ‘we’re experiencing….’ rubbish. Phone answered after 3 or 4 rings by Human! Technical support pls, certainly, ringring. How can I help answers ‘Mark’ knowledgeable, genius, expert, patient and the icing on an already refreshing customer service cake. Products are brilliant to!

Ordered some 18650 batteries for my vape, first lot they sent was faulty not to anyones fault, emailed got a response within 12 hours and had brand new replacements within 48 hours!
