Battery may be ok. Hasnt done anything especially bad or good either way compares to other batteries i use. The app is utter rubbish though and is bad enough that i would advise everyone to avoid this company as the main way of monitoring your battery is basically broken

I managed to flatten our Fogstar Drift 105ah lithium leisure battery today. This caused the cells to lockout so that the battery wouldn't accept a charge from our smart charger. One quick call to Mark at fogstar and within 2 mins via the app we'd successfully reset the batteries so that they began charging normally. First class after sales support. I would definitely recommend Fogstar for great products and design along side their amazing after sales support.

I Have the 32kw battery the 2026 version 18 days so far no regrets. Delivered on pallet into my garage.
I would buy fogstar again.
Runs with 8 kW solar and 8kw inverter .
If we get a heat pump I think I might get a second battery. Fogstar far better value than many other brands,

Great technical support. My enquiry was responded to immediately. Had phone call with Mark and he talked me through the problem I was having with my 4 year old, 300Ah battery. Everything resolved within 5 minutes. Great batteries and fantastic technical support. Highly recommended.

After a wind turbine controller failed and cooked my system I had to get in touch with fogstar to fix my battery fault
Mark was extremely helpful and we did manage to reset the batteries without any further cost.
He has also advised on a solution for winter instead of a wind turbine. A much safer way to stay charged.

Excellent quality batteries and when I recently had an issue, Chavarna was very quick to get in contact and sort it out for me. An excellent place to deal with.

UK Company with excellent customer service. I had to contact technical and did not manage to speak to an engineer so left an email. Within a few hours received a call back as well as an email response ! Great Customer service for a B2B company to speak to an end user!

I ordered 2 x 21700 cells and a charger from fogstar because of the reputation for quality and safety with a good price.
Unfortunately when delivered 1 cell case lid was damaged and the charger was completely missing. I called the UK phone number to enquire about getting this sorted, a lady that answered shortly after selecting the right option. Listened took some information quickly spoke to a colleague and arranged for this to be put right. The next day the charger and 2 whole cell cases were delivered. I couldn't ask for more excellent company I won't even consider others.

When I bought my 15.5Kwh battery in 2024, Fogstar sent me an RS232 cable to allow me to apply software updates. Recently, I wanted to apply the latest update, but was unable to find the cable.
Yesterday, I emailed Fogstar and asked if I could purchase a replacement.
Today, I had a reply from Chavarna saying that they were sending me one by next-day-delivery.

That's what I call great customer service!
