I had an issue with a lost PIN code for my battery. Mark Cheesman at Fogstar support was so helpful in diagnosing the issue and sorting the problem out. Fantastic product and great support, doesn't get any better, thank you Mark

After having a battery installed in my camper, I couldn't download the manual. Adam answered my email very quickly with the necessary links. All very efficient and helpful. As for the battery, seven nights off grid and still plenty of energy in it. Thanks Fogstar.

Great customer service. Needed support twice, even before the battery I bought was installed and was helped quickly and effectively in both occasions.
One of them was related to the cables to connect the battery to the inverter, which required replacement. Shipping was done surprisingly quickly. Thanks Adam!

Just collected my battery from Fogstar. I was running late, so it was super helpful that Chavarna and the warehouse team were able to arrange in advance for me to turn up a little bit after closing time, despite being busy with lorries arriving. Looking forward to installing it now!

Having used a Fogstar battery for a couple of years I knew the product was good but today I had to test the technical dept.
I had a problem with the battery to app communication, I was being asked for a password and as I didn't have one couldn't access the info on the app.
I was directed to Mark who patiently and calmly came up with a solution to my problem. Absolutely great service from an equally brilliant team.

I am more than impressed with the Fogstar Drift. It has way exceeded my expectations and can safely say EHU days are in the past!!!! Although the battery is a 460ah the app is telling me now that it is fully charged that I have 471ah. Very impressive piece of kit and well worth the price. Jade at Fogstar replied to email within 30 mins again impressive customer service.

Well having had a 16.1Kwh battery from Fogstar coming up to 18 months, I must say all my questions are answered very quickly and the customer support is fantastic. My battery has never missed a beat and has been cycled daily, I notice no degredation. Mark on customer support has been amazing. For the price and the service I would never look elsewhere.

Fogstar great battery 280ah pro drift had it for two yrs and appn stopped working both old and new. Raised a ricket and spoke to mark was background work on the app causing some to nit connect all sorted now. Appreciated the call back from Mark who was very polite and knowledgeable . Many thanks i love this battery it makes my life so much easier and long life too
