We dealt with mark when we needed some information about our new battery and what correct function should look like. He answered quickly and clearly and even set up a call to talk it over with us to make sure everything was running smoothly.

Second 300 drift battery added. First one excellent with no problems but bigger is better 👌

sent about 15 emails and opened 3 tickets and get zero response. ordered in March and not received a single update, order now overdue delivery by weeks and zero updates

Having purchased two Lithium Batteries from Fogstar, I had difficulty registering the warranty for them. I believe the problem was IT at my end, but needed to check with Fogstar.

I contacted Fogstar, and spoke to Jade York, their Quality Control Manager, for assistance by telephone.
That's right...at Fogstar you can actually talk to another human being...

Jade was refreshingly pleasant and efficient to deal with, and all without fuss Jade provided a solution.

There were no excuses, no blaming the customer and no leaving the customer to it. Just a simple focus on a resolution.

Within the hour it was all resolved and the registration completed.

Exemplary service from Jade, I couldn't wish for better and you really feel like Fogstar prioritise their customers with excellent after sales service.

The litmus test comes when things don't quite go right.
Jade passed that test with flying colours, which meant Fogstar did.

As a new customer, I have complete faith and confidence when purchasing Fogstar products, that if there is a glitch, I can rely on Fogstar.

I recently placed an order with Fogstar for some batteries along with a few other items. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, I noticed that the batteries supplied were not the correct specification.

That said, the issue was resolved quickly and smoothly thanks to their excellent customer service. I had no trouble getting in touch with the team and was put through to one of the managers, Matthew. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the process. Matthew went above and beyond to sort things out and promptly arranged for the correct specification batteries to be dispatched.

The quality of the batteries themselves is excellent, and I’ve been very impressed with their performance. Overall, this was a very positive experience. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how they’re handled that really matters and Fogstar handled this brilliantly.

Excellent customer service, great products, and a genuinely friendly team to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality batteries and reliable service.

I have 6 Fogstar batteries installed into two different systems, and I had a bit of an issue, and Fogstar support were 100%, even two years after purchase. All the support staff are quick to respond and Mark the tech guy is very knowledgable. When I build more systems, Fogstar will be my go-to for batteries for sure. P.S Fogstar batteries are fabulous.

I have two 15.5kw batteries now, purchased over the past year, or so, and it has taken a while to settle into using them, but all through Fogstar have been a great supporting role. I suppose this is newish technology, and daunting, so to have the likes of Mark Cheeseman, who is obviously competent in this area, at hand to baby step through any scary, unsure moments has been vital in reassuring the utilization. The batteries seem to do their job, and I like the look of them. A good, and trusted, British company, who stand out, every person in this organization complements the team set up. I recommend this company, especially for d.i.y-ers.
