Foam And Covers Arvostelua

I needed 4 outdoor cushions which would sit adjacent to each other, for a large and awkward shape raised ‘sun bed’
Spoke to customer service to get advice on which materials would best suit my needs. One of my measurements were ‘slightly out’ when they came to cut and make, so they contacted me on how I wished to proceed,
As per other reviews I did have to do a couple of follow up calls and lead time was longer than advised. However I was super pleased overall. Would definitely use them against

First off the end product is good. I’m really happy with the quality and manufacturing of my bespoke cushions.
However what let’s the company down on a huge scale is the general customer experience.
Communication was poor, lead times were extended and I only knew this by continuous chasing.
Ownership and solutions to issues were almost non existent. I wouldn’t use this company again based on how stressful and time consuming it was overall.

Very happy with our new seat and cushions.
Ryan was very helpful with our initial enquiry.
We decided to have complete new sets as old seats had become a bit soft. The new set is absolutely superb quality and very comfortable and a perfect fit.
It was delivered within the timeframe advised when ordered.
We are so chuffed and pleased with them and would not hesitate to recommend this company.
Thank you very much.

Contacted this company via email very quick response, several quotes later we had the order placed and confirmed. We had a deadline for delivery which was met earlier by a few days so great service.

Cushions are well made, they are the cushions which make up our bed in a camper van really comfortable. The covers can be taken off and washed also this means we can renew foam if necessary.

Very happy to recommend, we will post pictures of the cushions later.

Thanks to the team we had a great holiday on a very comfy bed.

We recently ordered a window cushion for our living room bay window which comprised 5 equal sections. We were delighted with all areas of the purchase from confirmation of measurements, fabric, extras, clarifications etc. Also, the cushion was well packed and protected when dispatched. We would highly recommend Foam and Covers.

Very pleased with our custom window bench cushions. They are great quality, made exactly to size, with a fabric I found elsewhere that the company were happy to arrange for us, and arrived exactly on time. Would definitely use again

We had a bench cover made for a large bench, we are so pleased with the quality, material (basic range) and the fit. The customer service was excellent and turn around quicker than expected. Thank you!

The best ever customer service I've ever experienced. Helpful staff, a very reasonable price for a quick turnaround for an urgent job and my sofa has been restored to a comfortable place to sit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

We are delighted with both the quality and design of our camper van seating. We were kept informed about our order from first enquiry to delivery. Would definitely recommend.

A great service from start to finish.

Customer service was excellent throughout. The team were helpful, giving great advice and ensured that everything was correct before final purchase. They were also very patient with my changes and many questions!!
I was extremely pleased with the cushions, which arrived earlier than the predicted time. They are really well made and good quality and look great.
Would definitely use again and recommend to others. Thankyou

We ordered a bench seat cushion, window seat cushion and they helped us design a headboard. We were delighted with the product. Amazing craftsmanship and super quick delivery. Will definitely use again!

Absolutely delighted with my new foam window seat. Exactly as ordered, perfect fit and colour as shown. Really helpful staff who answered my questions quickly before ordering. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful window seat. Thank you!

Superb organisation, probably the most helpful company I’ve ever ordered from. I’m thrilled with my products, which were made to my exact (non standard) measurements for bench seat covers. The whole team have been amazing. I will definitely be a returning customer for further seat cushions and covers. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

Received the cover for my foam campervan matress today.
Really pleased, fabric really good colour spot on and fits like a glove to the dimensions I submitted.
THANK YOU

Recently took delivery of my camper cushion covers and I have to say I am more than happy with them. Amazing quality for an amazing price. I couldn't recommend foam and covers any more.

Overall an excellent experience. I had never heard of the company but when I needed bespoke cushions for my large sofa I hunted round the internet and found them, and it was a good decision. The cushions took about six weeks to arrive, and bar some initial confusion about the fabric the customer service was excellent; in particular, Wayne always responded to emails quickly and coherently. The cushions themselves are excellently made and the covers are just right. My only caveat would be that the back cushions are rather too firm, but that's not the company's fault, and the base cushion is brilliant. Highly recommend using this company.

10/10 for customer service, thorough quick and a perfect fitted foam for my weird shaped window seat. I could not be happier, thank you so much.
