My insurance sent my car to FMG Crewe, after a collision (not my fault). I was really worried as I hadn't had my car long and its quite new and high end. I will definitely be using FMG from now on as they are amazing. They took all of the stress out of the situation for me, customer service is excellent, top notch workmanship and I was kept fully informed throughout. All of the repairs are fully guaranteed. Its definitely the staff and all of the team that make it so special.

my car was sent to FMG in Hereford to be repaired , I was issued with a courtesy car . I have to say the star of that company is Tracy Farley , that lady is an absolute legend , her customer service skills go above and beyond , and she is an absolute joy to talk to on the phone .

Very fast response.
Once I spoke on phone, they came next day with their courtesy car.
Kindly came for collection to my home at that time.
Their website, each 3,days of first 7daydays gave me updated information.

Then my car repairing has done within 15 days.
Easy to make a payment by phone system.

Helpful friendly staff told what steps I needed take. The body completely repaired like new. Thank you very much. ☺️

FMG Nottingham we’re really helpful. They kept me informed throughout, did a great repair job and even valeted my car before I collected it. Michelle in the office was brilliant.

Absolutely atrocious in every regard. Failed to repair the car properly, caused various delays spanning weeks leaving us without access to the car, non-existent communication, attempted to overcharge.. The list goes on. Now with the Financial Ombudsmen for resolution. AVOID.

My car was uplifted and returned by low loader , the driver was very efficient and pleasant. This was completed within the timescale as arranged. My car was very clean, valeted and the repair work well done.

FMG Kept me updated on progress of repair throughout, Tilly in thenIlkeston office was extremely helpful. Repairs are seamless , car was returned like new and cleaned inside and out which was a nice touch. Great job and service .

The body work repairs are great, such a shame you left the interior of my car in a worse condition than I left it especially given it’s cream interior so you would have thought that you would have removed all the dirty marks off before handover! Such a shame FMG Grimsby

I have just received my car back from FMG Hereford and can honestly say I am beyond delighted with the repair work done. Right from the start Tracy was absolutely amazing telling me what the protocol was in a very kind and efficient way. John who collected/delivered my car bringing me a brand new courtesy car was lovely and very thorough in making sure I was really happy understanding the new one. The lads in the workshop have excelled in their craftsmanship because it looks smarter than when I actually bought it. They also went above and beyond to get it back to me quicker than I could have imagined. The whole team were absolutely superb from start to finish and I really can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much to Tracy for all the lovely updates and also to John for making the whole experience go so smoothly. Absolutely first class!
