Viridian Apartments Arvostelua 

Een hoop geld voor wat je krijgt. Het appartement ligt een een fijne wijk met trein en metro in de straat. Verder lag ons appartement op de 4e etage. Een hoop trappen en een sensor waarvan de timing niet goed werkte. Bed in de kamer en geen behoorlijke ruimte om te ontbijten. Volgens mijn reservering had ik een kamer geboekt met aparte slaapkamer. Daar was de eigenaar het niet mee eens. Geen behoorlijk raam in de kamer omdat het een "zolderkamer" is.

The apartment is really smart looking but on closer inspection it needs some money spending in it.
Shower screen has yellowing silicone, skirting boards are dirty and scuffed, bathroom had toothpaste marks from previous renters.

Unusable internet, blocked sink, broken showerhead. Broken promises from customer services sbout maintenance staff turning up. Terrible experience- never again.

Great location, all that I needed like washing machine, dishwasher and cooking facilities. Easy access including pin access to apartment, no worry about losing my key.

A great place to stay if you're going to a concert at wembley and want to avoid the tube queues afterwards - the flat is just around the corner from the stadium and is also very close to the train station to central london.

Flat was super clean, tidy, quiet and as described, with all the basics provided. The self-check-in instructions were easy to follow.

We only stayed one night for the coldplay show but it was perfect for us :)

This place is a well-located property close to the city center, Roman Verulamium and local shops and restaurants. This is a converted office building and feels like it e.g. large windows making it extra hot during the summer, and if you stay on the ground floor a lot of people seem to walk past your open windows. Bedding was good, bathroom, and furniture was reasonable, and it was clean. Customer services were 24/7 and the staff are very friendly. I gave it a 3 as it didn't feel like a cosy apartment, the safe wasn't working, and the long pin-code entry and exit was a bit of a nuisance.

Everything was good. Flat needs to be refreshed with paint, blinds were broken in bedroom and refrigerator door did not close very well. I know website says unit in photo may not be one staying in but would have been nice to know we would be in the below ground flat. It was disappointing and flat felt not as clean as it could be.

We were been well supported to relocate us quickly since they discovered a major issue with our room just before we arrived. The room was clean and perfect!

A Beautiful Vacation
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment.
😄It was a cozy and beautiful space.
😄Its ideal location, close to transportation, restaurants, shops and more, made our visit even better.
😄The kitchen facilities were adequate
😄 It had a good view of the streets
😄I especially appreciated not having to worry about keys or fobs.
😆We would definitely love to stay here again whenever we visit London.

However, there are three things we hope can be addressed soon:
• Additional Fans: There’s a need for two more fans in the apartment to improve air circulation and comfort at times when the weather is hot.

• Call Log: Secondly, it would be helpful to have a call log system in place, so that once a request or report is made, any client service staff can respond to follow ups without the need for the client to restart or resubmit the issue when a new staff member takes the call."

• Mattress Firmness: More importantly, the mattresses provided are a bit saggy for us and not supportive, which affected our sleep a bit and caused some back discomfort. We hope that these can be replaced with semi-orthopedic mattresses for better support.

Overall, I would rate the apartment 4.25 out of 5 stars and would certainly recommend it to others."

The apartment was roomy and ideally located for our purposes.Added benefit of parking which was reasonably priced too. Staff were friendly and helpful, a special thank you to Suki :)

Good location, apartment was very clean and comfortable. Close to the tube.

Check in was much too late, 4pm and no option to change unless we paid even more which I didn’t want to do. We wanted to check in and have a quick refresh before leaving for our show but as the show was at 4pm we had to take our bags with us and checked in at after the show at 6pm. I paid £168 to use the room for 15 hours since check out was at 10am the next day.

I wish I’d paid the extra and stayed in a hotel.

Do not stay here. Not as advertised.

We booked a one bedroom apartment the day before my friends wedding. We booked the apartment as it stated it was a one bedroom with a sofa, dining area, fan (as it was 30 degrees) etc and we had the hair and makeup artist, photographer coming the next morning. This is not what we were given. We were given a box room which could barely fit the two of us in! there was no fan, no sofa and no dining area.

I called them and they said they couldn't do anything and a larger room was available the next day at 4pm (subject to availability) which we wouldn't be able to do as it was the time of the wedding. This was also clearly a lie and when checking if we could book they apartments were sold out! This meant we had to find somewhere else and pay out even more money for somewhere to get ready on the morning on my friends wedding. It completely ruining her pre wedding evening and wedding morning and caused so much un necessary stress.

We also spoke to booking.com who confirmed the apartment had mixed up the rooms. When booking.com spoke to the apartments they lied and said they had given us a bigger room!!!

There was also an awful smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. Its also not soundproof at all! you can hear everyone coming and going. People where drinking on the door step when we arrived too.

This isn't even everything, just don't bother wasting your money on the false advertised property. We are currently waiting on booking.com come back to us re compensation.

El apartamento estaba en buenas condiciones, el único problema era que la presión del agua de la ducha no había, sólo era un hilo; tuvimos problema con la conexión a la wifi, pero nos los solucionaron por teléfono sin problema.
Otro problema, es que las ventanas no se podían abrir del todo y que nadie dejó instrucciones sobre el funcionamiento del termo, todo fue de manera intuitiva.
La zona era muy tranquila y muy bien comunicada.

We enjoyed our stay overall however, on arrival the bathrooms had not been cleaned, empty toiletries had been left in the shower, a floor full of dirty towel and a bottle of washing liquid left on top of the washing machine in the laundry cupboard.
Spoke with a very helpful lady about this who gave us access to use a different bathroom until ours had been cleaned, housekeeping was due the following day. We had a special event to go to that following day, with no sign of housekeeping by 2pm I choose to clean the bathrooms myself, as it was to much carting all of our belongings up and down to the other room.

Other than that, we enjoyed it, apartment was spacious. Check out 10am is a little early.

The location was perfect for us, the apartment was easy to access and it was super clean. The aircon did not work and it was too uncomfortable to sleep. It is also a lot of money for effectively a few hours - 4pm check in and 10am check out!

The apartment was spacious, clean, confortable and nothing missed but it should be renovated a bit : for instance the carpet and the plastic plinths of the stairs are used. Also the window of the leaving room was dirty cause of birds droppings.
Important info : on Sunday 8th June, the electricity on the top floor went out.
Last but not least, you should precise that the apartment is located next to Edgware Road which is the closest tube station that is very practical to get to the center.
