Our stay at Viridian Apartments was a…Excellent Service and Comfortable Stay
Our stay at Viridian Apartments was a wonderful experience overall. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around the city.
Although our first impression was affected by a minor issue with the keys, the situation was handled with great professionalism and care. Sukhi from Guest Services was especially supportive throughout our stay — always polite, prompt, and patient in resolving our concerns. Her dedication truly turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience.
We appreciate the courteous communication and the team’s willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. Such customer service makes a real difference and reflects the property’s commitment to hospitality. Saqib Shahzad

A pleasant and comfortable stay in Westminster
The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from the Westminster sights and with all kinds of supermarkets, pubs and restaurants just around the corner. It's nice, cosy and well equiped. The apartment was clean, beds were made an there was a comfortable temperature when we arrived.
The host was very responsive, and reacted, when needed, within the hour.

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Mayfair
I had an incredible stay at Viridian Mayfair Apartments. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful, spacious, stylish, and perfectly designed for longer stays. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of Mayfair with everything on our doorstep. A special mention to the concierge team, who were so helpful and made us feel genuinely well looked after throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment is located in a area that gives you the possibility to reach most of London - either by walking or taking the tube/train nearby.
The apartment is of OK standard, good kitchen and sitting area. On the downside is that there is no elevator in the building and the stairs are narrow - so this building is nothing for visitors that have fysical problems.

Bad organisation
I picked a place based of its proximity to a conference I attended. Two hours before my departure, I was informed that the place was was not available, and that they would propose a better place to me (much farther away from my conference). Their communication was quite bad, and when I arrived they person in charge was not informed of my arrival. I had to call them multiple times to clarify the issues with my stay, as they were fast making changes but slow in reacting to my queries. Although the flat was nice, their customer service was far from ideal. They were also quite unreceptive to my complaints when I called them. I am happy though that the person in charge t the site was quite friendly and forthcoming.

Hi Gandomi Baubak - Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry for the disruption and inconvenience you experienced, this is not the level of service we aim to provide. Unfortunately, a last-minute issue made the original apartment unavailable, and while we did our best to offer an alternative promptly, we understand this caused frustration, especially given your conference schedule. We also appreciate your kind words about our on-site team member. Your comments have been shared with our management team so we can improve our communication and coordination moving forward. Kind regards Team Viridian
The check in was poor
The check in was poor, no entry code provided and when we managed to speak to someone, we discovered we had been down graded. It took over 30 minutes for us to be sent a check-in code.
The room was clean, but a lot smaller than we had booked. We had deliberately booked a large room , due to our plans whilst in London. We are still awaiting a refund due to the downsizing.

All you need for your London stay
The location was perfect and the nearby station and supermarket opposite was very convenient.
We had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and comfortable.
We were travelling from overseas and had travelled 30+ hours. On arrival we discovered we could not access the property. We were expecting an email with passcodes and flat numbers 2 days before arrival. We could not check this at that time because we were flying. We believe the information could have been sent to our travel agent but because it was the weekend in Australia this would not have been checked and forwarded. It would be advisable for Veridian to be contacting the client rather than their agent to avoid this issue.
We also had no internet connection or phones on arrival. Our amazing taxi driver helped us with hotspots and time so we could resolve the situation. It was certainly time consuming for us and the driver. We were also lucky that the cleaners were onsite at the time. They were very helpful and deserve a big thank you.
The other issue we had was that there was no signage to indicate that it was actually the location of Veridian Apartments. A small sign on the door would be advantageous.
On the first evening we discovered we had no hot water or heating after one shower. We are pleased to say that the service of the email contact in this instance was very good. There was prompt attention to our problem and this was serviced within a few hours.
We hope these comments can help you help future clients. We would still choose to return if ever we need a London base again.

Viridian Apartments - Kensington, London
I had an amazing stay at one of the Viridian Apartments! The flat was spotless, spacious, and incredibly convenient. I stayed at the Lexham Gardens location, which was perfect and made getting around so easy.
What I loved most was how well-equipped the apartment was — dishwasher, oven, laundry facilities, utensils — everything I needed was there. I didn’t have to compromise on my holiday or on eating well, as I could prepare my own meals just like at home.
It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to book my next stay with them!

APPARTAMENTO NUOVO, PULITO E IN POSIZIONE COMODA.
