Excellent Location, Good facilities
This apartment is at excellent location. The facilities at the apartment is good.
The only downside is slowness of attending maintenance issues. However, the maintenance issues will be of bother if you are staying there for long time. For short stays one would not spend time or energy on getting things fixed at the apartment.

Confortable stay un an excellent location
I had a very comfortable stat ay the apartment. The placer Is spacious, clean, and the location Is excelent -close to transporte, shops, etc.-
In terms of opportunities for improvement, I would suggest updating the mattresses, as the springs feel worn out, and adding a few more kitchen ítems such as salas bowls and extra pans. These small chances would mak the stay even More enjoyable
Overall, I appreciated the apartment and had a pleasant experience

Can’t fault it
Stayed in viridian apartments London city view in Whitechapel. It was amazing ! So spacious and had loads of free little goodies which I wasn’t expecting. It was so clean it was like a show home. Would definitely be staying there again. The only thing is you can’t check in till 4pm as it’s all on an automated electronic system so no chance for early check in but that wouldn’t deter me. I loved it there and so did my partner

Due to a problem with the access code…
Due to a problem with the access code for the flat at 88a Tooley Street, Southwark, I was - after waiting for almost an hour -moved to 243 Commercial Road, Whitechapel.
I would particularly like to thank Simona, the cleaning lady, who stayed with me the whole time as I didn't know where to go.
After my transfer, Roberta also called me to apologise for what happened.
And thank you also to Sukhi, who did what was necessary to find for me a new accommodation and also for covering the taxi fare.
After all that, I enjoyed my stay.
