Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Fitzrovia!
I recently stayed at Viridian Apartments on Charlotte Street and couldn't have been more impressed. The location is unbeatable, surrounded by world-class restaurants and just a short walk from the West End. The apartment itself was pristine, modern, and far more spacious than a standard hotel room. It truly felt like a "home away from home" with a fully equipped kitchen and high-speed Wi-Fi, which was perfect for my work needs. The team’s attention to detail and seamless check-in process made everything stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for premium London living!

Great location average value for money
Great location, easy self check-in, good comms but the photos are misleading about the size of the space and there was a persistant drain smell.

Good stay overall at Commercial Road
Good stay overall at Commercial Road, London, E1 2BT. Ideal central location. Felt extremely safe throughout my 2 month stay. The apartment was very clean, quiet, modern, comfortable and well equipped with a cleaner once a week. Would stay again and recommend.

Very good apartments for short stays
The location is about 1km from town, but close to major outlets, and local pubs. The apartment is basic, very clean, and a perfect choice for a short stay. Lacking some items, e.g. kitchen towels, and only one socket for kitchen utilities. I had to move microwave towards socket to use it. Only mirror is in the bathroom. Good underfloor heating throughout.

Absolutely worth 5 stars. We really enjoyed our stay.
Everything was great. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. I give 5 stars!!!!!
A few small additions could make the stay even better, such as a coffee machine (perhaps a Nespresso), basic cleaning supplies for emergencies (e.g. a broom), and a shower squeegee to wipe water from the floor.

Excellent location
The apartment was adequate. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, which was clean and tidy throughout. I would have appreciated a better-equipped kitchenette. It was a little cold when we arrived (December 2025), and it took some time for the apartment to warm up. The location is excellent—very central and close to many bars and restaurants. I have stayed here twice and would consider returning. We experienced an issue at check-in, as the locker was jammed and it took some time for the team to respond. As we did not receive a reply via WhatsApp, we had to make international phone calls, which resulted in additional costs. That said, when I later raised this matter, their response was very positive. Overall, the situation was handled well in the end. Thank you.

Top floor apartment
Lovely large, quiet, 3rd floor apartment.
Pros: bright, warm, bathtub, quiet, large.
Cons: poor quality mattress and bed linen. Plastic backed mattress protector. Water not quite hot enough. No lift and narrow staircase so could be awkward with a suitcase. Shower above bath.

Inicio de año complicado
Ingresamos media hora más tarde porque aún estaban limpiando. Al
ingresar no estaba correctamente limpio.

I had a poor experience Overall, the lack of accurate information and poor coordination made the arrival experience frustrating.with the…
I had a poor experience with the check-in process. I arrived late in the evening and was unable to enter the building because the access code provided was incorrect. I was only able to get inside because another guest happened to let me in, which was very inconvenient and stressful.
The procedure to access the flat itself was also incomplete and unclear, adding further confusion on arrival.
In addition, I had booked car parking in advance. I was allocated a specific bay number and explicitly told to use only that space. However, when I arrived, another car was already parked in the allocated bay. I then had to contact the host and was eventually told to park in any other bay, which contradicts the original instructions and undermines the purpose of reserving a specific parking space.

The issues you’ve described regarding the access code, unclear instructions, and parking allocation fall short of the standard we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and stress this caused.
Your comments will be reviewed with our team to ensure clearer communication and better coordination in the future. We appreciate you taking the time to highlight these problems, as they help us improve the experience for our guests.

Christmas 2025 visit.
We stayed at 9 Lexham Gardens, Earls Court London.
We booked this weekend for our daughter’s 21st birthday and it did not disappoint.
We were lucky enough to get apartment No3 which has 2 bedrooms & 2 toilets and the bonus of a balcony off the main bedroom. The additional toilet was very convenient for our family.
Location was excellent with a short walk to Earl’s Court (even shorter that described on Google) tube station with access to Piccadilly, Circle & district lines, this made it extremely easy to explore central London and the museums with choice of tube or bus.
We flew into Heathrow which made it easy to travel straight to Earl’s Court on the Piccadilly line with no changes.
Overall we would give it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
With the only criticism being, we would have liked and earlier check in as 4pm ment we had to pay to store our bags in local (Stasher) for the day.
Would definitely stay here again.
Ps we had an issue with safe in our room but as soon as we contacted guest seevices they were constantly on with us by email, tx and phone until the mater was resolved, excellent service.

Amazing location & apartment
Amazing location, apartment, and services. We had a wonderful stay and would be happy to come back again. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with everything you need. The only small suggestion would be to add an extra chair, as there was only one at the dining table despite the reservation being for two people. Other than that, I truly recommend this place.

Enjoyed my stay at my apartment in…Great Stay
Enjoyed my stay at my apartment in Vincent Square.
I was a solo female traveller & I was pleased to know that the apartment was in a good location & the building was nice & secure.
The apartment was very comfortable, just could have done with a full length mirror so one could dry their hair.
Please note that there is no tea, coffee, sugar or milk so you might want a quick trip to the little Waitrose or Tesco which is a couple of minutes round the corner.
