The open communication about the apartment was great from the beginning. Very helpful with a lot of information about the property and London attractions.
The most impressive for me was the genuine concern for my welfare after I had unfortunately been robbed at a cafe. I cannot recommend highly enough Viridian Apartments. Aside from what happened, the superb location, great spacious clean apartment and the thoughtfulness of the staff really made my London trip.

Would consider a hotel on our next trip
It is a good location; close to shops, restaurants, and the Underground. However, the windows have small openings. There is no air circulation. The hallway and building lobby were cooler than the apartment. It was very difficult to get a good night's rest due to the heat. We did purchase the air cooler for 60 Pounds, but it did very little to cool the room. A room fan would have been sufficient to circulate some air from the outside, if there was a large enough window. There were no paper towels, napkins, nor dish towels for the kitchen. The bathroom had no active ventilation (which is required by code). And we had one roll of toilet paper for two people over 4 nights. A request for an additional roll was denied.

Hi Carlos - Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your stay with Viridian Apartments. We’re pleased you found the location convenient and close to transport, shops, and restaurants. However, we’re sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay did not meet expectations, particularly regarding temperature control, ventilation, and kitchen and bathroom provisions. Your comments about the air circulation, cooling equipment, and amenities have been noted carefully. Feedback like this is important for us to review where improvements can be made, especially around guest comfort and in-room supplies. We’re sorry your experience led you to consider alternative accommodation for future visits, and we appreciate you sharing this candid feedback. Kind regard Team Viridian
clean flat
clean flat. Bed very comfortable. kitchen well equipped with cookware, tableware and a teapot. air conditioning unit was very convenient on a warm day. We stayed on the 2nd floor. No lift, But we managed. The timer for the motion detector light cuts off too soon when walking down the stairs, making the stairs difficult to see. Flat in excellent location, lots of foot traffic below large 2nd floor living room windows. restaurants steps away. A grocery store within a seven minute walk. The London Bridge underground around the corner. We had am enjoyable stay.

Hi Martha - Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really glad to hear you found the place clean and well furnished, and that our communication was responsive throughout your stay. That’s something we always aim for. That said, we’re sorry the space felt smaller than expected based on the photos and that the lack of seating, table, and nearby outlets by the bed affected your comfort. Your comments about the layout and bedside setup are very helpful, and we’ll review how we present the space and what improvements we can make for future guests. We appreciate your stay and your honest feedback. Kindest regards Team Viridian
Could be great
Could be great. Bathroom floor had quite a few hairs on it. Booking as a solo female, I would have felt more secure if I wasn't the first studio by the front door and street facing (although appreciate this might have been the only one left). Very noisy, with men shouting outside until the early hours. Only a couple of hours peace, and then early morning London traffic started, so did not set me up well for the day! Great to have the studio facilities though.

Hi Rachel Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed having the studio facilities, but I’m sorry to hear the cleanliness and noise levels affected your stay. The hairs on the bathroom floor should not have been missed, and I understand your concerns about the ground-floor, street-facing location as a solo traveller. Unfortunately, city-centre noise can sometimes be difficult to avoid, but we appreciate how disruptive this was to your rest and overall experience. Your comments are very valuable and will be shared with our housekeeping team as well as considered when allocating rooms in future where possible. Kindest regards Team Viridian
Good apartment in front of the park but I had a few problems
Good apartment in front of the park.
First day everything was ok.
Second day, At 07.50 am came to the door 3 men, they have tried to open the door, I say: “what are you doing?”
I could sleep because I was in vacation.
I opened the door and I didn’t understand what they needed, I repeat, they were screaming at 07.50 am.
During the 2nd day WiFi didn’t work.
So in the end the place is good, but these details don’t allow me to put 5 stars.

Great Appartement at a reasonable price
Alltogether, we had a real nice stay and the appartement was great at a reasonable price.
Only some minor things to mention:
1. Broken lights on the way to the flat should be repaired.
2. Vacuum cleaners should be inspected from time to time.
3. The sofa in the living room needed more intense cleaning.
Looking forward to yet another stay at this appartement.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam! Look at the 1 star reviews and how many times they move you, or the place isn't what is pictured. Many of the 5 star reviews are fake and paid for to offset the real and negative reviews. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!
3 days before our booking they said the place was not available and tried to put us in a place on the other side of London nowhere near transport!
Read the negative reviews, those are the real ones!

Apartments clean and bright
Apartments clean, nice bed and shower bright. only issue was that things was broken like the bathroom door didnt close properly part of the skirting was broken and leaning against the wall when we arrived which doesnt affect the stay itself but when your paying over 100 a night the room should be put together and the couch is outdated needs a new one.
Overall good stay and complimentary tea coffee milk and hot chocolate included located in a central area.

WiFi is a disaster - keeps disconnecting. Had to pay for EE WiFi to get work done.
The only let-down (and it is a major one if you need to work) was the WiFi access. The details provided were inaccurate. The staff were very helpful on WhatsApp (thanks Erin) but there is not much they can do about a bad setup.
WiFi kept getting disconnected and in the end I had to pay for EE WiFi to be able to work. Viridian are refusing to refund me the £40 I had to pay over 11 days to get EE-WiFi.

If you like ants this is the place for…
If you like ants this is the place for you! There were a couple running around when we first arrived, but the big surprise was that they were on the beds...that the kids were sleeping on. Unfortunately the kids didn't feel excited about it. The owner couldn't believe it and actually asked for proof when we called to tell them. However the next day, on return from our day out, we found a can of ant spray in our bedroom. To get rid of them. Therefore they must have believed us when they saw the pictures. Apparently ants don't like peppermint so we gently discouraged them using this.
Apart from that excitement the two bedroom flat was a good size. Only one sofa so a bit uncomfortable and we didn't realise it was a basement flat. The bars on the windows and lack of natural light was also a bit uncomfortable. We entered through a gate at the back of the property which opens straight onto a metal staircase that leads down to the door.
There wasn't much going on in the kitchen, no dish towel or kitchen roll, no chopping board or tea pot, or even a milk jug. Yet what was there, six of everything, was clean and new.
The bathroom and ensuite were fine. The ants used the main bathroom. Unfortunately there was no plug in the bath. This meant the kids could only shower, not a major issue.
I slept well in the adult bedroom bed, although the ants only visited on the morning we were leaving so perhaps that helped. Being down low perhaps makes it quieter, but not on bin day as there is another metal staircase at the bedroom window where the binmen come early.
The location is very good. It's around Draycott Place so we were just by King's Road and lots of interesting shops and food places.
The apartment wasn't really for me, I found it disappointing and a bit stressful since I didn't really want to be there. However, these things might not bother everyone.
