Stylish and comfortable apartment
Access information was sent a few days before with access codes sent on the day. The apartment was lovely very stylish, there was plenty of room. The space has been utilised well. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well on both nights. It was pretty hot in the room when we first got in and unfortunately the air con was not working, however we opened the windows and we did find a fan in the cupboard. We didn’t use the cook facilities as we ate out but everything was there that you needed. The building was quiet but you are quite close to shops and eateries which had quite a number of delivery people outside talking luckily it did quieten down in the end.

Convenient and stylish apartment!
There was lots of good communication from the company so I felt reassured in the process and the check in process was easy. The building was in a great location and a lovely building. The room was clean and well furnished, great kitchen facilities for a small room and it was a shame we were only there 1 evening. The bed was comfy and there was a fan in the room which was helpful with the weather. It was a great price too for central London, especially compared to others we looked it!

The flat was a really very good size…
The flat was a really very good size with everything that is needed, including a washing machine. Very close to tube station as well. There was a fan provided as the flat was very warm during the heat wave. Ordered an air con this didnt arrive for two days but had to pay for 10 days use. I think air conditioners should be installed in the rooms and at no extra cost especially as the summers are getting hotter. The kitchen could do with two oven gloves for safety and better knives for chopping, also things were stored too high up for me. The bed was a little hard and could do with a foam topper -this is essencial need for me and my back. However, I appriciated having a ground floor flat as there wasn't a lift. People and myself were a little confused by the door code system and there should have been instructions for the dishwasher and cooker etc. Had to Google how to use them.

This apartment was Amazing
This apartment was Amazing! I had plenty ofspaceand felt very safe which is great for a single traveller. Plenty of shops around for little bits, but the host had actually left some milk and fruit and even a bottle of wine, which I didnt expect.
The only problem was the access to the building... the key pad on the front door did not wake up until many wiggles on it which sent me a little bit into a spiral on if I was going to actually get in! Then the incorrect code had been sent to me to access the apartment... but once I had called the 0800 number I was in!

Apartment great value for money
Apartment great value for money, in a good location.
Close to park for little ones and close to pub for adults, as well as shops and other amenities.
The kitchen could do with some minor repairs to doors but on the whole the apartment was very clean and was fully functioning.
The staff were amazing at staying in contact and answering all questions.
One thing that did require questioning was how to enter the apartment- the door has a touchscreen lock - which was not obvious. More fans or air con could be made available for during extreme weather.

The rooms were a good size
The rooms were a good size, bright and clean with good provision of a washing machine, dishwasher, and cooking facilities. It was near the tube station. Communication was good too, and they sorted out an air conditioner in all the heat this week.
Things that could be improved:-. There was just One oven glove, so difficult to pick up my cooked items from the oven. Some things for the kitchen were stored too high up, and I had to stand on a chair to get them. The air conditioner came two days after booking it, and so, although I had to pay for 10 days did not get 10 days of use. The water tray in the air conditioner is very mucky and needs attention. The bed also could do with a memory foam topper, as hard, and I had to sleep on the pillows provided - hard beds put my back out. Also, the instructions for coming onto the flat were a bit confusing.

UNACCEPTABLE
HAD OUR HOLIDAY ACCOMMOIDATION CANCELLED 3 DAYS BEFORE WE WERE TO ACCESS WITH THE EXCUSE THAT THE CURRENT TENANT WOULDNT LEAVE. THE ACCOMMADATION WAS IN CHELSEA.
RELUCTANTLY ACCEPTED AN ANOTHER APT IN HAMMERSMITH ONLY TO BE TOLD A FEW HOURS BEFORE WE WERE TO ACCESS THAT IT HAD PLUMBING ISSUES.
WE RANG THEM TO BE TOLD THE ONLY APT LEFT WAS MILES AWAY FROM OUR ORIGINAL LETTING.
THE BEST THEY COULD DO WAS OFFER A REFUND.
GREAT WORK EVERYONE FROM THE CEO DOWN.

Clean, Modern Apartment with Great Air Conditioning
We had an excellent stay. The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is relatively close to central London, making it easy to get around.
One feature we especially appreciated was the air conditioning. During the recent heatwave, it made a huge difference, especially since air conditioning is quite uncommon in England. It allowed us to stay comfortable throughout our stay.
We would definitely recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again.

HOT and loud
In colder weather, might have made 4-5 stars. In high heat, it's a bummer. The "air conditioning" is not central, it's a not- great portable unit. Since it's located above both a (noisy) pub and a gyro shop, the a/c is not up to the task of cooling the unit on very hot days. When we arrived, it was probably 85-90 degrees inside because the cleaners/someone left the a/c off knowing new guests were coming in. It took a solid day to cool to maybe 76 or so.
Additionally, no fans were provided. We bought a small fan to go by the bed so we had some hope of sleeping. It should still be there, if not, ask about it. We were not reimbursed for the expense.
The pub downstairs was another issue for us. Had we been in town to party, it would've been a bonus, but travelling as a family with kids, it wasn't ideal. It's a very nice pub, but is open late during high heat and the World Cup. Bring ear plugs if you want to sleep and it's football season. Being so close to the train station is a bonus. The neighborhood is lively and fun, lots of place to eat.
The beds and shower were all fine. Unit was clean. Pro tip, the gyro shop downstairs is great. Their smoothies were a nice cool off.

Mostly very good but a few niggles
Great location, clean and comfortable, easy booking and check out, but just some maintenance and other small issues.
First the WiFi code in the check in on the app, and in the house book/info (which were different from each) were both wrong. We called on arrival and were told that one of them was right but again, it wasn’t. We were told the correct password by WhatsApp the next day.
Second one blind in the bedroom had been replaced with one that was too small, so let far too much light in from 4am.
Third, neither (windowless) bathroom fan worked so hot showers would leave them full of steam.
Fourth, the Nespresso coffee machine just didn’t work.
Fifth there was nowhere to sensibly work from a laptop for any time. The kitchen table didn’t have a socket nearby, without draping leads across so others couldn’t get around the worktops easily. There is lots of room for a little desk to be added, against a wall with power, to work at.
Fifth, and just again about attention to detail, the full length mirror was on the wall at the end of the main bed, so you couldn’t stand back to use it sensibly (and not everyone wants to stare at themselves when they wake up in bed :)).
