I spoke to Renee Johnson and she was amazing at helping me. I am not a very good tec person so Renee took the time to help me with my flight. She is very nice. And you don’t know how much I appreciate her.

Om Friday I gave a 5 ***** review to Ryan before boarding my flight which he had helped me book after the last time for an on line booking of my own expired as i got caught on a separate phone call half way through my own effort to make the on line booking for my 3.30pm flight to Guernsey. Upon speaking to your representative, i was informed by him that there were only two seats left available and the price i was planning to pay was no
Lpnger available and had gone up from £249.95 . My booking was to have been £149.95 one way Friday plus £99.95 return on Sunday evening. He also told me i would need to book my baggage of dimensions given and under 10kg, would need to be booked on as hold baggage and going to cost me now £299.85 which I then paid having accepted his information and advice. I was desperate to get the booking completed as rapidly running out of time. Upon arrival both ends i found the flight barely half full at all and my only bag sufficiently small enoigh to go as my hand luggage and i had no other bag with me as i had advised Ryan at the time. I was told at Exeter my bag was booked in and paid as charheable'hold ' luggage anyway !!! it was taken off me and labelled accordingly. I walked on with no hand luggage at all. At Guernsey we had to wait over half an hour for hold luggage to be dispensed. Upon my return today ....i was told at Guernsey, i had no booking for hold luggage anyway, just flight only !! I was then also told not to worry as the same and only bag I'd taken out was small enough for Cabin baggage size anyway as i had tried to confirm with Ryan on Friday. So not only did he see that i was charged unnecessarily going out on Friday, but the return booking the same for Sunday had not been made whatever i paid for.....!!for i had i believed been charged an additional £50.90 for the unnecessary privilege. Had the language barrier been easier it msy have been avoidable but i couod bately ubderstand what Ryan was even saying even when reoeated as requested. No longer do I believe i had anywhere near a 5x service and being lied to about the number of seats available (for whatever benefit your end) was totally unacceptable !!! I was in a hurry to get a booking mafe whilst available and needed to be in Guernsey by Saturday lunch time ideally BUT what i first believed was an efficient, honest 5 x service was certainly not so withdrawn this end as veey unprofessional and a financial con in some respects which I was amobl8grd to accpet to the circumstances.. so well done !!

i was miss sold a ticket for a value that was not agreed on the phone with the agent, they agreed the price with me after me confirming multiple times and station the value and once i had made the payment i got an email confirmation saying i ha only paid holding deposit and 1000+ still left to pay, this was not once even spoken about on the call with the agent, they did not mention the value they state i need to pay and disregarded providing me a copy of the recording as i had guaranteed this was not discussed. I requested a refund and they would not provide me saying its a flexible ticket and instead are making me pay more in order to keep the fare and change from direct to a stopping flight . There agent has lied and left out without mentioning anything to do with what i was paying was ONLY a holing deposit until i had made the payment despite me confirming the actual value on the phone to the agent numerous times

Dirty and dishonest tactic, they will agreeing with you on the price on the phone,then they will ask you to confirm the booking with Email, one the email there is massive extra charge, even though you are on the phone and agreeing with price, then send you payment link with the same price as you agreed, few hours later, YOU WILL RECEIVE NEW EMAIL WHICH THEY ASKING YOU FOR THAT MASSIVE EXTRA MONEY YOU HAD CLUE, if you are fallen to the trap, please report them to the Fraud department, also to your bank.

James Parker truly listened to me as a Mom trying to fly with my daughter and get seats together! He was very patient as I have hearing loss. He was thorough and kind. This man needs a raise!
