** DON'T GET IN TRAP WITH A LOW QUOTE**

They never say over the phone that they are giving a quote of only the "holding price". While the document they sent over email clearly says it is a "holding price" and you have to pay extra money (in my case, it was £1500) once you pay the holding price.

This is a clear case of doing fraud. Luckily, my transaction was declined by my credit card company and I was saved.

They force you over the phone to make the payment immediately and don't give you enough time to read the email fully. They are thieves.

NEVER Again will my partner or i use use this company, misleading and untrust worthy.

My partner speak to Yana, and my parnter put the call on loud speaker, so we make sure we were both hearing it all clearly .

Yana was helpful throughout the call but at no times during the numerous calls, did she say anything about the money we were paying for the flight was a "holding fee".
We asked the prices of the flights to be sure and at no point during the calls were we told this wasn't the full amount.

We had looked at camparsion sites where the flights were more, so and asked this company to match it, which was £545, which we believed they were doing after speaking with Yana.

Once we called the company again a few times, 4/5th calls
Where we were informed, that there's a holding fee mentioned in the emai, our mistake we didn't fully read the email.

We we're told we could still have the tickets but we had to pay the rest of the money, which was double the two flights put together.
We felt in a bind, to either pay the full amount or loose money.
We opted to loose money, as there "IS no way woukd I book anything through them ever ever again,Never.

The "Offer as they say was to good to be true", to our detriment we found our the hard way.

So when I say be warned as our experience with this company was "Appalling", is honestly a understatement.

Phoned by Nelson who talked me through the process, I was sent several what’s app messages to check prices , I questioned the total amount due and questioned this as it was double what I thought the cost was . I was told the discount hadn’t been applied to this amount so proceeded . Big mistake! Only to find out this was a holding fee .(not made clear at first call) as I had paid this but was told to late to cancel . this flight could have been purchased for half what I paid . I wouldn’t recommend this company or service to anyone . Definitely been had so watch out.
I had cancelled the exact same flight with same company for less than half what I ended up paying and have the proof on my qatar app . As it’s still pending refund. The reason i cancelled was I was in two minds if I was going or not . Should have not been so indecisive and I’d saved money.

Alfred is very helpful and have patience to go through all the possible flight and at the end our conversation he managed to resolved the issue. He has a good customer service attitude. Please look for when you call them and he will help you every possible he can

Nelson dealt with my request for a flight from Rio to Manchester in the UK. He found me a flight with British Airways as a matter of urgency. Nelson was a true professional and he managed my concerns in a calm and supportive manner. He was extremely helpful and kind on the phone, reassuring me because I was in a stressed state when I contacted him. He was truly a 5 star assistant and I will use him again for my flight requirements. Thank you Nelson.

⚠️ STRONG WARNING — DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

I recently tried to book a ticket with this company and dealt with a person in reservations who introduced himself as Rayan (which I later discovered was not his correct name).

The entire experience was extremely misleading and unprofessional. I was given incomplete and confusing information, and important details were either left out or only mentioned later. This is absolutely unacceptable when customers are making financial commitments.

I strongly advise people to BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL before booking or sending any money to this company. Make sure you get the full price, terms and conditions, and every charge clearly confirmed in writing before making any payment.

Just to update. From Saturday 26th September the 874 was pending.. Barclays cannot do anything untill it stops pending. I ceased all communication from 28th September, after this company offered a refund but with a 350 pounds cancellation fee. I have voice recording (which I advise everyone to do when booking anything) Barclays Bank advised this.. so at 3pm 29th September 2026, the pending transaction changed to 350 pounds instead of 874. I will keep you updated of the result… but please.. DO NOT EVER book with this scam of a company

My overall experience booking with Nelson was excellent!

Avoid at all cost. They will mis sell you the ticket, ask you to pay they claim the payment was a deposit. They blame you for not reading the email.
They will rudely tell you that they will take your money and not refund you and there is nothing you can do.
Absolute thieves.

I am writing this review based on my personal experience of booking flights for three passengers with Dial4UFlights.

On 19 September 2026, I spoke to an agent by telephone regarding flights for three passengers. During the telephone conversation, my understanding from what I was told was that the total price for the three passengers was £2,906.46.

While I was still on the telephone with the agent, at 12:44pm I received a lengthy quotation by email. The written quotation, however, showed a total booking price of £5,125.29, with £2,906.46 being treated as a hold/deposit payment and a further £2,218.83 remaining to be paid.

The requirement to pay this additional £2,218.83, and the deadline for making that payment, were not discussed with me during the telephone conversation. These details were contained within the written quotation, which stated that the remaining balance had to be paid by 21 September 2026 at 18:00.

This difference between what I understood I had been quoted during the telephone conversation and the overall financial commitment contained within the written correspondence is at the heart of my dissatisfaction with the booking process.

I replied to the quotation email at 12:46pm saying “Confirming to secure.” The payment process then continued while I was dealing with the agent by telephone.

The agent told me that she would send me a payment link and asked me to make payment. I did not independently request a secure payment link. The first payment amount/link sent to me was not correct, which I questioned. Further links were then sent before I was eventually able to access the payment facility and authorise a payment of £2,906.46 at 12:56pm.

This means that approximately 12 minutes passed between the written quotation arriving in my inbox and the £2,906.46 payment being authorised, with the quotation, confirmation and payment process all taking place as part of the same telephone interaction.

Although the written quotation contained payment terms, I did not find the way the payment information was presented during the actual booking process clear or transparent. In particular, I did not understand from the telephone conversation that the £2,906.46 I was being asked to pay represented only part of a total commitment of £5,125.29, with a further £2,218.83 becoming payable within a very short period.

I subsequently received an email stating that Dial4UFlights had “successfully received” my £2,906.46 hold payment and that my provisional seat reservation had been secured.

I later disputed the booking and payment arrangements. Communication following this became frustrating. I wanted matters dealt with in writing so that there was a clear record of what had been discussed and agreed. However, I was strongly encouraged to telephone the company.

There was then an unexpected development concerning the £2,906.46 transaction. The payment had remained pending and the money subsequently returned to my account. I contacted my bank, who confirmed to me that the merchant had not completed/accepted the payment at their end. My bank also confirmed that the funds are now back in my account and cannot be taken under that transaction.

I found this particularly surprising because I had previously received an email from Dial4UFlights stating that they had “successfully received” the hold payment.

Overall, I found the booking and payment process stressful and confusing. My main concern is not simply that terms appeared in written documentation, but how the total price, initial payment, outstanding balance and payment deadline were communicated to me during the actual booking process.

Based on my personal experience, I would advise customers to establish clearly, before making any payment, the total cost for all passengers, exactly what the amount they are being asked to pay represents, whether there is a further balance to pay, and the deadline for paying that balance. I would also recommend keeping copies of emails, payment records and other correspondence.

Disappointing experience—additional payment requested after I paid. I found Etihad Airways flights on this website for £2,751.55. I contacted the company and was offered a discounted price of £2,600. I then asked whether the ticket was refundable. I was told that the £2,600 option was non-refundable and that I would need to pay £2,850 for a refundable ticket. I agreed and paid £2,850 using the payment link they provided. After making the payment, I was told that ticket could take up to 4 to 8 hours to be issued. Around4 hours later, I received an email asking me to pay a further approximately £2,100 before the ticket could be booked, and it also mentioned that if I did not make this additional payment, there could be an issue with my refund. I was very concerned by this because I had already paid £2,850 based on the price and information I had been given. I contacted my bank or credit card company and raised the matter with them. I strongly recommend being very careful and making sure you fully understand the total price and terms before making any payment.

This company can NOT be trusted. They quoted me on price on what’s app and then emailed me a completely different! £1000 difference and told me it was what I agreed. The scam was they kept me on the what’s app call so I couldn’t check the email and told me reply seconds before making payment. They claimed I agreed to pay a holding deposit! Why would I do this as i had all the funds on my credit card. So I paid on my credit card and then checked the email and saw what i thought was an error! The email gave me like 4 days to pay the balance they claimed was airport tax and an admin fee. I called them straight back immediately and said I’m reporting them to the police and credit card company because they started deleting parts of the what’s app messages that. I had forwarded to my travel buddy. The lies they claimed and said to try and make me send them more money. They even called me days later and threatened to take the payment at later date. I called my credit card company and queried the transaction under section 75 under the consumer credit act. I have all the evidence and screenshots to back up my experience
