They promised to deliver my order on Saturday. It's Tuesday, and still no delivery. Their customer service is one big run around. Nightmare.
Not a reliable company for on-time deliveries or customer service
Placed order for a specific delivery to a business, which one would think delivery to be made during business hours. Order tracking throughout the day indicated the design center received order. When the delivery was not made during business hours, called the customer support (which was a terrible experience, repeating over and over the order number and email address) to change the delivery to the house. Still nothing, so called to cancel the order. Got transferred to a refund group, which after 20 minutes never transferred. Order got delivered well past business hours to the original location, which then sat there to die over the weekend. Still trying to get a refund for this very strange service. I'd say this company is a total scam with little to no customer service. They're paying India call center workers for really nothing. Hope they waste more money and finally get put out of business.

My mother ordered an arrangement for my uncle's funeral 3 days ahead and when we arrived to the mortuary her arrangement was no where to be found. So I called as she was very upset and got the run around the first guy I spoke to said he had to contact the VP and would call us back in 5 minutes! lol the joke was on us they never called back so I called again (yes all while at my uncle's viewing) got the run around was put on hold then after 20 plus minutes I was sent to a recording to leave my name and number. This was very disappointing especially for a funeral. My poor mother was so upset as was I. Please do yourselves a favor and DO NOT order from this place no matter how good the deals seem! Pay the extra and go to a legit company.

My mother ordered flowers on March 25 for delivery on March 26. It is now March 28, and the flowers have not been delivered. Every time she calls, she seems to reach out a call center in India. When she asked to speak to a supervisor, she was told to call back in the morning. When asked for a refund, she was told to call back in the morning. They offered her a coupon for 50% off her next order. Why on earth would she order from them again?!
Skeptical after reading reviews, but they delivered wonderful flowers.
I ordered flowers for my fiancée's birthday to be delivered to her in St. Louis (I live in a different city). There were some extra fees for the vase, card, and handling that weren't mentioned until checkout and review, but my total ended up being fairly reasonable considering that Flower Delivery Express sends orders to local florists. I never received a confirmation email and could not track my order online. I called their customer service several times and they would get disconnected, and I always got Indian-accented persons picking up the phone – which is fine, but that led me to think I might have been scammed. Expected delivery day was next day, but two days later when I had given up all hope that this wasn't a scam, a local florist called my fiancée to let her know the delivery would be complete within 30 minutes. Lo and behold, they showed up at her door with beautiful roses and a handwritten birthday card with my message to her. While I am disappointed with the customer service, website tracking utility, and large number of complaints, I am happy to have gotten good results from them.
Same day delivery came through
I made an order for an Easter arrangement that was pretty much cutting it close to being too late. FDE came through though, and I'm very pleased. Not to mention, the flowers came very fresh.

I ordered the Lavender Spring Bouquet for my friend who had surgery this week. I ordered the arrangement two days in advance for same-state delivery. I paid $70.99 and what she got delivered to her instead was a $7.00 supermarket bouquet. Their so-called customer service department blows; they are outsourced to India and I have spoken to three people so far, with NO RESULTS, even though I was promised a partial refund. The only offer I have since received is store credit, which I refuse to accept because they will STILL find a way to tack on more charges. DO NOT buy from this company. They only use Wesley Berry Florists -- which is their sister company. So, you can't even complain to the florist for their unacceptable arrangements because when you call their number, it's the EXACT same number as Flower Delivery Express. Cute trick, huh? Just stay away from this fraudulent company and do your research. Every Yelp review and other review sites gives them only one star and VERY bad reviews. This was a tough lesson learned. ~Jo

No card was received. Order was a day late and left out in the cold. The "arrangement", if you can call three stems of lilies an arrangement, did not resemble the ordered flowers in any shape or form. They also looked like they were pulled from the trash, torn and yellowed. So unbelievably dishonest. Do not order flowers from this company under any circumstances. Instead, find a well reviewed florist near the recipient and call or email the florist directly.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife on our anniversary.
At 5:11 PM on the delivery day, they said they will not be able to deliver it !!!

But I got $50 "store credit" with the apology, so it's not all bad right ?!
Just curious, I wanted to see how credible this "store credit" is. I tried to order the cheapest most simple bouquet ($15 at any store).
After they applied "$50 credit" and all their delivery, Handling, sales fees...It's going to cost me $62!!! That's after the $50 credit!!

I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought from them. They are a total scam. I paid $100 for a plant basket for a sympathy and was appalled at the size and the plants in there. It was the size of a large drink with 3 plants or weeds should I say. Please do not use them go to another site you will be so glad you did. I would not even give them any stars if I could. Total ripoff.

Plus they never send a vase, although , the picture does not say'' vase not included" .. my husband got me a pink arrrangment to celebrate my first year of cancer free . Definitely said he wanted a pink satin ribbon for the breast cancer awareness.. I got half dead orange roses in a box. No vase and no ribbin...I called 4 times and 4 times got hung up on!! My order my order had a $50 discount due to a prior unconvenience order that I had and we ordered something that was $29 yet the bill came up to $107 after we already hit enter..PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THE FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Poor product, falsely advertised, shady company
Discounts are offered only to later tack on additional unjustified charges. They promise satisfaction guaranteed, but that's only if you complain on delivery!

This Company Couldn't Hit a Beach Ball with a Tennis Racket
I ordered flowers that were guaranteed delivery on Friday and also purchased the Deluxe package, which put my order as priority whilst ensuring a little better flower quality and quantity. Long story short, they arrived the next Tuesday. The flowers were the wrong bouquet (they were suppose to be Purple and White, they arrived Red and Orange), the card was wrong (they squeezed the text into two lines by taking out spaces), and lastly there were about 5 flowers in the "Deluxe" Bouquet.
So, not only did they fail to deliver on Friday, which was guaranteed, they stole $10 dollars for the "Deluxe" package which they failed to render my order a priority and increase the bouquet quality and quantity. They promised me MONDAY (when I called to complain the first time) that they would get there Monday night, with partial refund, $200 store credit, and an email or phone call if the flowers could not get delivered. I received neither a phone call, an email, or flowers on Monday.
Tuesday, I call, livid that they have so thoroughly screwed up with such a litany of errors, that I hope a refund would be an easy task. It wasn't. The call to the first service center sent me to a gentleman who tried to give me a $10 refund (where was my partial one before hand) in which I refused and asked to be forwarded to state side. Joshua picked up, and literally couldn't care less about my problems (since it was my fault his company failed to render any service they guaranteed.) He refused to give me a full refund, until I told him I would go through the credit card company and stop payment that way.) After that, he relented, but told me they would have to take the flowers back.
Needless to say, it was the worst possible transaction, with the worst possible website, with the worst possible customer service. If I could give them 0 stars, I would, because bad is relative. Batting .175 is bad in baseball, but no, this company has been up to plate 1000 times, and has yet to even hit the ball, they are horrible. In fact, the old adage "a blind horse even finds water sometimes" couldn't fit the bill for them.
