Run from Flowers Direct Express
I ordered Valentines flowers for my daughter away at college. Not only did they not notify me that the order didn't get delivered , they hung up on me 6 times after putting me on hold each time. The operators are located in some foreign country and hard to understand. When I asked for a supervisor they told me none were available. Run from Flowers Direct Express. They should be prosecuted for running a scam.

Same day delivery is not actually available. Awful customer service, no one was able to help me. They just keep transferring me around and eventually I got a message that they are not able to help me at this time.
FDE is not worth your time!
FDE advertises one price then adds on unadvertised fees to jack up the price. I paid additional for next day delivery and the flowers never arrived. I called the company and spoke to one of their consultants. They promised me the flowers would arrive by end of day but this was not to be. I filed a complain on the website and received no response.
Use your local flower shops and avoid this internet rip off.
Rip-Off
Ordered flowers for Valentines Day they were delivered on the 12th. I paid for Sunday delivery, in addition to that the flowers were delivered by FedEx and left on the porch in the freezing weather. Arrangement was very different from what I paid for. I could get this crap from a street vendor for $20 I paid $135 after charge ups for custom delivery. Save your money and stay away from these con artist. You will be sorry if you do business with FDE or Wesley Flowers, I'm sure they will soon have another name that's the way crooks operate.

Nothing under $80 no matter what their 'discounts' say - you WILL be charged full price - and who would pay over $100 for 6 pieces of dried fruit and 3 oz of nuts??? They draw you in with the 'discount', which doesn't apply if you're trying to use their 'promotional offer', and then the shipping DOUBLES the cost of your order and you're also charged $20 for 'shipping and handling', $6 for 'card costs' and another $15 or more for 'transmission'. WHAT A RIP-OFF! Prices hysterically high, double-talk prevalent if you try to call them to query or cancel. Wouldn't trust them with my credit card information for all the flowers in Holland - which would probably be cheaper than Flower Delivery Express.

What a fraud!! If I could give them no stars I would. I was offered and then charged extra money for Sunday delivery. I received a call from the florist that said they weren't opened on Sunday's and that my flowers were never delivered. She just happened to be stopping by her store to pick up something when she noticed my order. I'm beyond angry because the flowers were going to a funeral service! And this is after Wesley Berry Flowers AKA Flower Delivery Express sent me an email stating my order was "out for delivery". The florist also told me that Wesley Berry Flowers AKA Flower Delivery Express told her shop via the generated order to arrange a bouquet worth only $49.99...meanwhile they charged me $125 through the Wesley website which they indicated the $125 was reflecting an upgrade charge to ensure a full and luxurious arrangement. In a way I'm glad my family didn't receive the flowers because a $49.99 floral arrangement in comparison to the $125 arrangement I thought I was getting would have been such an embarrassment to me. I'm outraged! This is outright stealing and I will ensure the proper measures will be taken to get this out to the public. I also discovered I'm not the only person that this has happened to. What a disgrace! They should've known the shop wasn't opened on Sunday's since they charged me extra for Sunday delivery, they should honor the money paid for the bouquet so $125 bouquet does not mean make a $49.99 bouquet...where's the rest of the money going to?? Definitely not to shipping as I can see my receipt stating that shipping was $19.99.

I ordered flowers @ 2am 1-31-16 and received an email @ 1pm 2-1-16 stating they where having problems where I was sending the flowers and offered $100 coupon to be used to reorder a more expensive flowers. I had paid extra for same day delivery on the 1-31-16 and they didn't deliver the flowers. I called 7 times and was on hold hours and when I asked for a refund they disconnected the call. They told me they sent my info to the head office and that the roses would be delivered and the home office would contact me. I haven't heard from them but I emailed customer service and told them as well as telling the people on the phone to cancel my order. It's 2-2-16 and I haven't heard from them. Still no roses delivered... They are Scammers

I am currently on the phone with a rep from flowers express. I placed an order for a funeral arrangement to be delivered on Thursday to my best friends house. I placed the order on Wednesday. Friday night my friend asked me for my parents address to send a thank you card. i asked out of curiosity if she received my flowers and she said no. I called the company and was rerouted 3 diffrent times and the representative finally got on to process a refund and before agreeing to process the refund spent 20 minutes offering me half refund and to still deliver the flowers. I asked numerous times to speak to a supervisor and was told they are not allowed to have supervisors get on the phone.
Also so during the process I was told it was my fault for ordering the flowers the day before and that I should have called them throughout the day Thursday myself to verify delivery and included telling me I was at fault for not following up.
finally I was told I would get a full refund and they would still delivery a dozen roses on my behalf and while trying to process the request i was told never mind they couldn't do that anymore. Finally after 78 minutes online I was given a full refund and advice to not wait until the last minute to order flowers.
i can't really describe in writing how rude I was felt and how bad the demeanor of the support team was. They spend almost the whole time blaming me and be unresponsive and unwilling to help. This was by far the worst online ordering experience I have ever had. I will be researching how to file a BBB complaint, something I have never done in the past and will save this post and seek out all other review sites for this company. No one should ever have to experience what we did while helping someone who is going through losing their father.
Charges that pop up out of no where
The flower looked good and got there on time but i wasnt paying very good attention when i orderd them after all the fees that pop up i payed 85 for a set of flowers that were on sale for $37 and a $5. She I called that hold me there was a $20 service fee a $6 S&H fee a $1.99 fee that I could have oppeted out of if I would have checked a box in fine print. Them that hold me I could challenge the $1.99 fee if I wanted too. I learned my lesson to look a a lot closer to these things and to not use FDE again
Wrong cheap plant
I ordered an $80 Cala lily to be sent to a funeral. When we got to the funeral, there was a small pathetic kalanhoe that was in poor health. I called the same day to resolve the issue. I was on the phone over an hour and a half before I got to talk to a person. I was asked to get the plant back since it was the wrong one... On top of being embarrassed by the quality of the plant then was asked to take it back! I can't think of a more disrespectful request. I was told I would be called back to resolve this issue- 4 days later no call back, I have left several messages and called many many times.... This issue is still unresolved and I'm now out $80 for nothing! I will never use this company or recommend it to anyone!! Proflowers is much better- don't waste your time or money!!

I ordered the wellness flower package with the balloon. They did not deliver the balloon, only a vase with flowers. I know it the thought that counts but I thought their website was a bit deceptive. I felt cheated...

Seriously, called 3 times, waited nearly 20 minutes the first call and no one picked up, second call about 11 minutes and asked a question and was redirected then disconnected, third time pushed me over the edge. The worst customer service, the biggest scam, after you push order online, all of a sudden you see these fees pop up that weren't specified, try to call and complain and you can't get through. OMG, do no do business with this company!!

Should have read the reviews for this company before ordering with them. They lure you in with their ads of low prices and in the end you are paying a fortune!! Then when you call in they put you on hold and never get back to you!! Scam!!!!! Never order from this place!!
Paid for rush service, delivery was 2 days late
Total waste of money and when I called, a woman "transferred" me to a different customer service line that just rang and rang and finally I was able to leave a voicemail. They NEVER called me back. I called again and the gentleman was polite but not helpful. Will never use them again.
Never Use this Company Again
This was one of the worst online experiences I have ever had, what a scam business. I order a Christmas arrangement for a gift and paid and extra $20.00 to upgrade the arrangement to Deluxe. What was delivered was blue painted daisies with two white roses. How embarrassing. I could have gone down to the local grocery store and got the same thing for $7.99. When I called customer service all they could say they were sorry I was disappointed and could not refund my money because it was Policy. They did offer to send another arrangement - what? More Blue Daisies!!! I had paid for them with my American Express Card it the only saving grace to this story. I have disputed the charges so they will not get paid.

How to get your order canceled and get a full refund
I was able to get my order canceled and get a full refund, but the only way to get this accomplished is to call their sales line (888) 851-2881 over and over and press option 1. They will never pick up the phone for options 2 or 3 (customer service), after a long wait, it will always go to voice mail, but if you press 1 for sales it will go through every single time. Stay on the line with the sales person for as long as possible. They will tell you that they will transfer you to customer service, but don't let them do it, tell them if they put you on hold you will only wait 30 seconds on hold, will hang up and call again. Call over and over, give the sales person your order number, demand they cancel your order, give you a full refund, and send a confirmation email, or you will keep calling. Stay on the phone with their sales associates for as long as possible. If you have more than one phone, call on several phones at the same time. This company is not reputable and should be avoided at all costs.

How can I give it less than one star! Paid for four hour delivery and bought flowers and a stuffed animal. The flowers arrived in 46 hours with no stuffed animal. I emailed them with the confirmation number. They responded that they needed the confirmation number. I responded that I had already sent it, but also included it again. I never heard from them again, even though I emailed several times. I called numerous times, and each time was either put into the voicemail loop, the endless musical recording loop, put on hold for various reasons, even though I told them I did not want to be put on hold, which transferred me into the musical recording loop, intentionally transferred into the musical recording loop, even though I asked not to be transferred into the musical recording loop, told I was being transferred to a live person, but was transferred into the musical recording loop, or transferred/put on hold into dead air. I tried messaging them through Facebook, but the message button didn't work. Then we were charged for a donation that we never agreed to. We are disputing these charges on our credit card.
