I just wanted to send 'love' in another meaningful way, to my sister who is now in her own like me! They were so quick in rectifying my fault in ordering and it was beautiful! Just wish I could leave a photo! Thank you Flower Be, beautiful product, GREAT customer service. ❤️

Simple but stylish little bouquets - good prices, efficient ordering and recipients happy with my choice

The recipient loved them, particularly because they weren't your standard bouquet - much more natural looking. They also had a beautiful scent. She said they gave her pleasure each time she looked at them! They took a while to despatch though so I wouldn't use if needed next day delivery. But very pleased with the delight from the recipient. Website easy to use,easy to place order to a different address. Great communication and quickly despatched. Arrived on time. Lovely flowers, I liked the fact they are a posey. Very pretty.

I often buy the letterbox flowers for a friend of mine and she loves them. They are always really pretty and they last for ages and they are excellent value.

Ordered flowers for a friend whose mother in law had passed away, paid for next day delivery. Order wasn’t sent out so chased it up, took 3 days to get a response so I said it’s too late as the funeral had been and gone and they are going away at the weekend please cancel the order and give a refund, no response, tried again the following day, no response, get a Royal Mail notification that they’re sending the flowers so tried again to explain i don’t want them coming back to dead flowers and again no response. Absolutely shocking customer service will never buy from here again.

Flowers arrived this morning. Paid £29 and that included the discount code, but flowers not as described. Looked like they were picked from my back garden. Not as per website. Won't use them again. Should have stuck with Bloom & Wild or Prestige flowers.

I don’t know any other company that does small, sweet flower bunches, and I’ve sent them to many friends who have been delighted with the flowers!

Have used this company extensively and always been happy, but most recent order was delivered to the wrong/unknown address. Despite two emails including a photo of the delivery to the wrong place have had no response at all. My sick friend hasn’t had her flowers and chocolate and I am £28 out of pocket. My only recourse now is to go to my credit card company, but i certainly wont be using FlowerBe again.

UPDATE
Have just been contacted by FB apologising that they have not receeived my two emails and offering to replace or refund….i replied to their email and the email has been rejected!!! Clearly a problem with the email system! If you read this FB please email me again with an alternative email!!!!!

Lovely company. Flowers beautiful and would definitely recommend.

Everyone I send flowers to is delighted with the posy. They all express delight with the quality of the flowers and the length of time most of them last. My Niece usually sends me a picture of them, but both the other regular recipients are too old to do that. They simply write wonderful letters of appreciation.

I ordered flowers for my sisters special bday. They did not arrive. The postoffice said they delivered and left in porch, she does not have a porch. Flowerbe will not refund me or send further flowers they have been absolutely disgusting. I have lost money mo flowers NEVER USE THIS CO.

I love a mixed posy so was delighted to find Flowerbe when looking for flowers to send by post. It was refreshing to find something a little bit different - a shorter posy can be so pretty. The flowers arrived on time and my sister-in-law was delighted with them.

Delivered a day late due to Sunday. Both recipients loved their flowers. The flowers were still fresh 10 days later.
