Still no refund for the order which was cancelled. I would not recommend this to anyone who use this application to order. @all please raise a grevience so that this company licence will get cancelled.

Very Disappointed – No Refund Yet!
I ordered a cake on July 3rd from FloraSensation. They cancelled the order last minute and ruined my celebration. They promised a refund of ₹699 within 10–15 days, but even after weeks, I haven’t received it. No proper response from their team. Totally unprofessional. Not recommended!

No tracking is given it was only in chat.
Not delivering order on time, so I make a request to cancel n it's a paid one
They r not refunding my money promised by them

Site is like a fake one

I ordered a cake on 21 July 2025 for ₹499 from Flora Sensations. The cake was never delivered to the recipient. I cancelled the order, but there has been no refund or proper communication since then. Emails and messages have gone unanswered. Extremely poor service. I have filed a consumer complaint and will continue to escalate this issue publicly until the refund is processed. I do not recommend this service to anyone.
