Very disappointing experience with FloraSensations. My order was cancelled by the company on May 19, despite the order having already been placed and paid for. Since then, I have repeatedly followed up regarding my refund, but I have received no meaningful response or update.

What is most frustrating is the lack of communication and customer service. When a company cancels an order from its own side, customers should not have to chase them for weeks just to get information about their money. The complete absence of timely responses has made the experience even worse.

I would not recommend FloraSensations based on my experience. If you decide to order from them, be aware that resolving issues and obtaining a refund may be far more difficult than expected.

Please do not order anything in this platform. I did order for my friend on his birthday. Thinking that the order would get delivered on time, I called my friend and asked him to collect it. But at the last minute, when I checked for the status, it said that the order was canceled. Seriously!!!!! It’s a scam. I don’t think they would refund my amount. If they are genuine, they must have sent a message previously (a day before) saying that the order was cancelled so that I would have made some other arrangements.

I ordered the cake and bouquet from flora sensation on 5th may .
They first accept the delivery later no response .
First they have no phone number and direct chat for conversation.
Then I tried through their support email id , after some time they replied your order got cancelled and refund will come after 15 days.
After that no update no reply I reached out to them so many times no response till today.
My ordered price was 1095 INR
It's a scam they are fraud never ever order or use this site in future.

One of the worst customer services I have ever experienced. I ordered a cake and flowers two months ago, but unfortunately my order was cancelled by them. My order number is 43507. Despite repeated follow ups and continuous emails, I have still not received my refund. Nobody is responding to my emails, and there is no customer care number available to contact them directly. This has been extremely disappointing and has caused me to lose my money. I request everyone to be cautious before placing an order on this website. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it to anyone.

Don't want to give even one star, they are totally scam and fraud, they cancelled my order by themselves in last minute, and didn't give my refund, very very insensitive. Recommend to all that please report this website and do whatever possible to close this website.

There should be option of giving zero stars. This is a fraud website, who takes money but do not deliver work and it will not refund your even after cancelling the order. Don't buy any product from this website. Their customer care support is not provided and they never respond to email. Despite asking several times refund they didn't refunded the amount. It's a fraud and scam website. Never do shopping from this site. It's my personal experience.

Pls pls do not fall in their trap its a fraud n spam company. Worst ever experience cheaters did not refund my money inspite of continuous followups n no option to reach or contact them directly. The phone number n email id all r fake.

Very bad experience. Ordered and opted for early delivery with extra mobey paid, no updates no product received. No contact number also. Please don't waste your money like I did.

Very disappointing experience with Flora Sensation. I placed an order for a cake worth Rs. 600 on 10.05.2026, but till now neither the order has been delivered nor any refund has been provided. The company has also not provided any proper contact number for customer support, making it impossible to communicate regarding the issue. This feels highly unprofessional and irresponsible. I would not recommend anyone to trust this website for online orders.

This company, Flora Sensations, appears to be fraudulent, and I am one of the victims. They charged me Rs. 1,598 and later informed me that delivery was not available in my area and that the amount would be refunded. However, it has been more than 50 days, and I have received no response to my emails. They also do not provide any contact number for support.

This company should be investigated, and I do not know where to file a complaint. I am posting this as a warning to others, please be careful and avoid dealing with this company.

2 orders of May 10th worth Rs 1500 and Rs 500 not delivered. One was cancelled 1 hr before delivery and other was neither cancelled nor delivered. No refund till now

Flora sensations.com is a fraudulent website . No customer care number . Order of 1600 rupees not delivered for over two days and have emailed them multiple times and no response

If negative star was an option i would have given that, its a fraudulent website to get your hard warned money and there are no deliveries, please be aware and dont get trapped like me. Chrome team please remove this fraud website. My order after successfully payment was done, no tracking , no delivery, no calls and just lost my money.

After one day i got call for refund. I was happy that atleast they will refund the amount, but it was a trap.
They told they will give voucher and pin that i should use to get money back. No other way refund possible. I got voucher and pin.

They thought i am fool and started redirecting me to the steps , where i was asked to go to cardless atm withdrawal in my bank and put the 20000xxx voucher in place of amount and pin as the 4digit pin he shared . And click submit. I understood this was complete fraud call , i scolded him on the call and he cut the call immediately.

Very disappointing experience with Flora Sensations. My order was cancelled from their side, but even after contacting them 4 times through messages and emails, I neither received my refund nor any proper response.

It has been more than 15 days and still no refund update. Customer support is extremely poor and they do not seem to care once payment is taken.

I expected professionalism, but instead faced delay, silence, and unnecessary stress. I would not recommend this company unless they improve their refund process and customer service.

I would give a negative rating. There is no message or response even after getting message of order being canceled. The cancelation message was send late night where the product and payment made was ordered 5 hrs before. They are very poor in refund. A big scam website. I regret a lot in ordering a cake in this site. How can you scam people like this. Why do you provide support just like that which doesn't provide any help. I wish some authority take action on this website.

Bloody thieves…neither deliver nor returning the money, the website has no contact details and address says kalkaji, newdelhi…no building, no office, no contact number…no google profile.

The company is doing scam with the customer i have booked order on 5 th march 2026 , they took the booking previously and after the deduction of the amount they realise the order couldnot be completed on the given destination . and they cancel the order since that day they have not refunded my amount yet , the amount is not that huge which is not transferable . if whilw booking the order the amount is deducted immedaitely than the same process is why not for refund of the amount , other company like fern n petals they do the things immediatly and if they are not available on that particular destination at the given time slot they state it immediately we are not available , they don not cheat the customer
