I also got cheated from bastards Florist Sensation. They don’t have contact number on their website so I can’t track them nor contact them.

This seems to be a scam . They cancel your order at the time of delivery . Pls never order from this site

Very disappointing experience. FloraSensations should not accept orders or collect payments for locations where they don't have a reliable vendor. Making false delivery commitments is highly unprofessional. My order was never delivered, and even my refund has not been processed. I would not recommend this service due to their misleading assurances and poor customer support.
After reading all this reviews it is clear that this is just a scam and should be legally penalized and recover all the frauded funds.

It's a fake website, I made prepaid order, then there was no response from the opposite side and not able to contact them. Neither I got the nor refund.

I placed an order for ₹2,000 one month ago; the site later canceled the order and has not issued a refund. There is no working customer support phone number or email listed, and the contact details on the site appear to be fake. I did not check reviews before ordering and now regret it.

I had a very bad experience. I placed the order and made the payment, but then I received an email saying they couldn't deliver the order and asked me to cancel it. I cancelled the order, but I still haven't received my refund.

Looks its a pakka fraud company, I ordered a cake for my wife birthday and they said its on the way and at last minute they cancelled. No refund and No tracking status. Now I can see their website is also not working. Very shame on myself being a techie first time I got cheated by a online fraud.

This company is totally fraud they are cheaters and scamsters I ordered birthday combo at 10 Pm it showed only showed currently processing order on their website there is no option to chat with them I have lost my 1000 rupees by getting scammed through their website I would be legally taking action against them just wait and watch for the consequences

100% Fraud...Scamsters...Don't want to give even one star, they are totally scam and fraud, they cancelled my order by themselves in last minute, and didn't give my refund, very very insensitive. Recommend to all that please report this website and do whatever possible to close this website.

It's a spam. They accept order then cancel it with no reason. I didn't get my refund Even after 20 days.

First they cancelled the order and then didnot process the refund. their phone number is bogus. After multiple mails, I will now befiling a consumer forum complaint. For all those who have been defrauded, file complaints so that in time, they become known for fraud and if possible get hefty penalties.
