I’ve bought the full leg compression and it doing miracles for me recovering from an ACL reconstruction surgery.
The best thing I’ve bought to manage knee swelling.

We promptly received the waist belt for my husbands bad back and he was really pleased with the results. You put a parchment into the freezer then attach it back onto the very professional looking belt and feel the results. The doctor recommended it and he now has no back pain. I am so sorry that others seem to have had a poor experience but I wouldn't say this company is a scam. I think not enough people give a good review hence why there are so many bad reviews. I was going to leave a photo as proof we received it but there isn't an option for this. We would recommend this product and company.

The compression boots have saved my legs after training! Use them nearly every day. Great service and really helpful customer service.

This is a scam, I placed my ordered almost 2 month ago now and I haven’t received nothing ! This is so disappointing, communication is bad and I do honestly think this is dogie site. I am going to get in contact with PayPal and get my money back.

I did purchase a cupping device from flextron, it was not there brand, it was aheadway cupping.
Anyway I have a problem with the device after a few months. I did contact the customer service and I Wright about the problem and I send a short video about the device.
They came back to me after few days saying sorry its not our brand it's some one else. I was in a shock for refusing to fix my cupping device, so this company They collect product from other companies and they don't really care about the customers.
So please try avoiding to get anything from them, not trusted place. I hope you get my message

Awful customer service. Over 5 emails asking where my product is and no response. 3 weeks since ordering the product and still not received any product or any update. Awful Customer service!!!!

I have bought electronic cupping on their website, once it stopped working I tried to contact them to use my warranty. I have sent them many emails with 0 response !
It’s a doggy company!

I ordered compression boots on the 11th April, despite contacting them via email & being informed that they have been despatched, the Royal Mail tracking is still showing that they haven’t been received by RM.
I’m so disappointed & I would not recommend this company to buy from.

Purchased two electronic cuppers from these guys, one stopped working, tried to contact customer service who led me to a video for an incorrect issue that had nothing to do with the issue I was facing, and then the customer service representative stopped replying, I won’t be using this company again, probably imported from China cheap and 0 after customer care, find someone else

This review is regarding the poor customer service more than the product. Ordered the Flextron leg compression system a few weeks ago and saw that there was a 2 week lead time on them. During this 2 weeks I contacted them regarding the reason for the sale and was advised that they were getting an upgraded version (led display) in April, I sent them a further 2 emails regarding this upgrade to which I never got a response. After 10 days I emailed to ask when the boots were going to be dispatched and was advised that Friday. On the Sunday I received a Royal Mail Tracking number. However the following Tuesday I emailed complaining that the tracking still showed the Royal mail had not received the package. I emailed again stating I was not happy with the service being provided, no reply but the boots did arrive at the Royal Mail that afternoon and I got them on the Thursday. Having tried them I felt the medium ordered were slightly short so ordered the large replacement boots that day, which do not show any lead time on the website, with the intention to keep the medium for my wife. its now been 8 days since ordering them no sign of them being dispatched and no response from customer services to an email asking for information on when they are likely to be sent.
I have read other reviews complaining about customer service and they reply stating the customer should have reached out to them before leaving a review. Well I have several times and you have only replied to 2 of my 6 emails. Having tried other makes of compression boots these are a fair price (sale price) but the customer service is absolutely shocking, which would stop me from recommending them to my friends or clients.

So now I'm being asked to verify my review to Trustpilot otherwise it will be removed, at the request of Flextron as they cant seem to solve the mystery, despite me putting the order number in the initial review, really very poor, just as well I've got all the emails and order confirmations..

Now 3 weeks since ordered the replacement boots, received notification that they were being dispatched on Sunday, according to Royal Mail tracking, RM is still waiting to receive them from flextron (1835hrs Weds 6th April). Sent Flextron an email this morning yet again no response. How can you recommend this service to anyone, really wish Id gone for the more expensive systems. MYO Master far better customer service than this lot should have stayed with their compression boots.
Update Sat 9th April, just had response from Flextron (through Paypal dispute centre) telling me delay is due to Royal Mail staff shotages causing delays in scanning and deliveries, not their problem !!! Reminding me of tracking number which still shows RM waiting to receive package (7 days now). What poor customer service, as it is their problem until item is delivered, obviously great customer service until there is an issue, the compression boots are chinese imports and I would say are the cheapest quality out of the three ive tried, (Myoair and Therabody Air) but as mentioned before Myo Masters customer service was excellent compared to other two. These are cheaper but avoid as there is no customer support/care when issues arise.

Absolutely awful customer service. I made a purchase on 17th of February. Next day received the email asking me to send identification proof to confirm the identity of buyer and receiver. After providing everything, I couldn’t get any reply from them. Even me requesting to confirm that they are satisfied getting all info. On 22nd of February I have emailed sales asking for an update. No reply until now. 8 days after making my purchase I have no idea what’s happening with my order.
I hope I’ll get my goods after spending £400

Terrible customer service and delivery

I paid for next day delivery and 2 weeks later it still hadn’t arrived. After emailing them they finally responded referring me to small print in their website regarding a 2 week lead time yet they were still saying next day delivery options which I paid for and did not see any small print regarding lead time. The time of their emails were rude and customer blaming and refused to give me a refund for the next day delivery option. Also I still have no boots.

Fab gift for my husband who suffers from shoulder pain. He swears by it. Thanks.
