Awesome piece of kit , so worth the money. My brother has some from a different brand so I knew I liked them. I ordering from flextron as was recommended by my sports therapist and am glad I took the advice , really help with recovery after runs

Do not buy from this company, I have outlined my experience below but the customer service is shockingly bad, they don’t listen to their customers and are only interested in fobbing you off rather than solving your problem.

1) Ordered Ice Tub 28th May
2) Chased via email 12th June. Response on 14th June said original package lost and they were tracing via Royal Mail and sending a new item
3) New item arrived 22nd June
4) Set item up on 23rd June and top part of the tub would not inflate due to a puncture
5) Contacted customer services and provided photos and videos on 24th June
6) Customer services responds on 27th saying there was a patch kit into the pack and offered 10% discount for the problem
7) No patch kit in the bag despite customers services insisting there was
8) Purchased a puncture repair kit from Amazon and fixed the hole. The item continues not to inflate and I write to customer services asking to return the item on 3rd July. Customer services ignored 2 x emails and only responded when I threaten to get PayPal involved
9) Customer services respond by completely ignoring my return email, saying they’re sending a spare tube to me (14th July)
10) Emailed again on 14th July asking to return the item. No response yet.

V2.0 LEG COMPRESSION MASSAGER - RECOVERY SUPPORT BOOTS
I decided to go for the ”TRY BEFORE BUY" option. This was to see if they could help me in my recovery after major surgery, both knees replacement.
I paid the deposit of £100 and 7 days hire @ £10 per day. Plus postage £6.99. Total £176.99
After 5 days of using them I decided that there was a great possibility that these recovery support boots could help me in my recovery for swollen legs and to build up the strength in my muscles. I contacted Flextron, by email, on how to purchase the said items, they replied, by email, that I needed to purchase them through the checkout as per normal and they would refund my £170.00 plus the postage in due course, this they said would take about 5-8 days to go through.
After waiting more than 15 days I had still not received my refund so I contacted them by email again, as there is no other way, I have now sent two more emails and all have been ignored.
On Tuesday 11th July I received an email stating that they did not understand why I have not received my refund. They would make enquiries and get back to me asap. Later that day I received an email stating that my refund had been approved and should be in my account. I’m still waiting. I have now written to the Managing Director, Mathew Jones, outlining my disappointment. I await his response. No reply from Mr Jones. Friday 14th July refund in my account, minus the postage. Another email sent to them.
This is all so very disappointing as this product is excellent and has great potential. However I can’t say the same for the absolutely dreadful customer service team.
My advice and experience is to stay clear of this company.

Still not received my order! Tried contacting customer service several times still nothing! Looks like a scam company and losing £100!!

Disgusting customer service. Not received my product and been ignored by the company

Really shocked we the communication from the sales team. Finally once I got a reply as to where my parcel is. As I have been waiting way over the time estimated to me via my order receipt and by what the sales team had said, I have emailed again we no response or a slow one at that. So if you have a parcel that is suspected to be missing/delayed or lost the sales team don’t make you feel any better about it.
I’ve been waiting for the ice tub for a month. After waiting for the expected 7 day to manufacture and the 5-8 delivery estimate. The tracker called shop is absolutely useless. I was hoping to try this product out and get more for my gym. If they take this long to deliver one I’ll certainly not be bulking buying here. So disappointed and still no sign of my order, £100 floating in thin air at the moment even after been reassured my order will be with me soon.

Communication could be better from the company.

But the product is very good. Had the Normatec 3 boots previously which were excellent quality but these (Flextron) help far better with recovery because of the extra pressure, and quality is similar too.

Absolutely love my ice pod and compression boots! Flextron really delivers on quality and performance. The boots are better than others I have tried and the ice pod is robust and durable :)

The boots themselves are superb, highest mmhg I can reach without crying is 175, I don’t know how anyone could endure 260, but great to have the option. It feels and looks very professional. I was suffering with an Achilles strain and these appear to have resolved it within 4 days.

Great product definitely making a difference to my recovery recommended to all. Fantastic delivery ordered sunday evening arrived tuesday morning.
Really good quality better than expected from an unknown product id definitely recommend them.

Great product have been using everyday and can feel a massive difference. It’s easy to use and would recommend to anyone who is looking for faster recovery! But they are make to order so delivery may take a few weeks

My hubby bought me the leg compression lymphatic boots. Excellent quality product, made to a high standard. Years ago I used aromazone which are not a patch on these. I have a potassium issue and get painful legs and pins and needles. So far after 5 uses I feel the difference.
They are super strong so only need them of 125. Many thanks

Product was delivered promptly which was a Christmas present.
Not used yet but will be a great asset for shoulder surgery recovery.

I use it all the time to get rid of achy muscles.

Quick delivery and it’s so handy for in the gym my membership card on it and keys instead of carrying things around

The compression knee ice pack arrived sooner than expected and has really helped with my pfps and has helped get me running again. It fits well and is surprisingly comfortable to wear.

Superb gift for Xmas ... the Flextron Massage Gun Drill is doing an amazing job and what were my aching legs. At present, do not seems to have the stiffness in my legs resulting from physical activity :)
