If I could give this company zero stars I would.
Fraudulant company, they sent me hip and joint supplement and refused to send me a pre-paid returns label. Why should I pay for their error. Lisa Clark seems to be the only customer service person working for this "company". In the end after numerous emails I contacted my bank. They messaged me last week to say that I can keep the refund they issued, so I assume they got the money backfrom flexpaws bank.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As others have stated, the tablets come from China with no instructions on how many to give.

Fast delivery, unlike most, my delivery arrived in a week.
Instructions on pot are impossible to read, no instructions as to how many or how often to take.
Been using for a few weeks now, no side effects so far.
Next check up in a month, see how my dog is then.

I was excited to buy from Flex Paws after seeing great reviews about their supplements and wanted to begin preventative measures against MVD for my Cavaliers. I should've followed my instincts when I couldn't find anything about their products anywhere other than their website/product placement on Facebook. I don't think my vet had heard of them either.

Initially, I had a hard time checking out and reached out to their customer service email and Lisa Clark (mentioned in a previous review) sent me a link and told me they were in the process of getting a new website. After using the link she sent, I was able to make my purchase, but after almost two weeks, I never received my order or any updates on shipping. I reached out to Lisa again and she never responded. After looking at the invoice, the phone number and email addresses listed are strange and seem sketchy. The email address on the invoice is a Gmail address, whereas the customer service email Lisa emailed from was an Outlook address. Now I have monthly reoccurring charges from Flex Paws, and no product or response from them. To avoid being further inconvenienced and having to get a new bank card, I’ve had to dispute their charges twice now, as there’s no way to cancel the charges. I think this "company" is just preying on well-intentioned dog lovers.

If anyone is looking for dog supplements, I'd recommend Zesty Paws. I've been giving my dogs their Cardio Bites for two weeks and they love them.

SCAM
This company takes your money then doesn’t deliver. They have customer service that sends friendly emails telling you they will sort it out and they don’t. You can’t cancel the subscription. I have the cancel me credit card now. Do not buy from them.

SCAM!! I ordered on 2/1/26 and it’s now 3/1/26. I’ve demanded money back several times but am told my order already shipped. There’s no shipping information at all. I gave this fraudulent company $68. They’re out of China and a total sham.

Scam I spent $81 I ordered it on 29/1 no order and I do not expect to get after reading these reviews.And now the tracking no does not exist.I have left with my bank to sort it out

I finally received the product on 3/7 after ordering it on 1/31. It’s clearly from China with no instructions on dosage. I am weary of it but have given a couple to my dog and he does seem to be coughing less so it just might help him after all.

I would give a zero if it allowed. This was a total scam, pulling at the heartstrings of dog lovers. Shame on them! I should have known better when it wouldn't accept AmEx.

Have not received my order but was informed my second shipment would ship out on Feb 25th. This company is 100% fraudulent. Do not order from them!!

I unfortunately fell for the scam like the others in ordered the heart shield. I am still waiting on my order with no response from customer service that I have emailed several times. I contacted my credit card company and they are taking care of it. Don’t be scammed by these criminals.

Please I don’t want anyone to have to experience what I have! I placed my order in early January and still have not received my purchase. I’ve reached out numerous times but only to be told it’s in transit. This appears to be a Chinese company, had I known this I would not have ordered heart tabs for my dog but don’t trust the qty from China. I’ve asked for a refund but they’ve told me not possible because it’s “in transit “! $50 plus shipping and no product. A total ripoff!!!!
