Great place for a quality bag at a great price
I walked into the store for a specific item but had some questions. The sales person was very helpful in answering my questions and help me pick out a scarf for my bag handle. They also gift wrapped everything for me. Overall I had a great experience and can’t wait to return on my next trip!

Absolut perfect leather bag. Perfect quality for that pricepoint. Fastest shipping I could imagine (1 1/2 days to Germany). That definitly won‘t be my last order

All is fine
The overall experience was great. The customer service is helpful in case of any questions. In terms of the bag - mini swann: overall the bag is nice, seems to be really good quality. I hope with use, on long term no issues will come up. However for online customers it would be useful to present the real color of the bags. Sometimes on the product images the shade is different (between street photos with models or the pure product image). My colour is slightly different in person compared to the website photos. (I know, the resolution of the screen matters but still this is a crutial factor).

Unable to apply most recent coupon
I appreciate the loyalty coupon given but not happy that I wasn’t able to apply the most recent coupon to a previous order that was received less than 2 weeks ago.

Excellent experience! Ordered a clutch & some bag charms from the website. Webstore was easy to navigate, good pictires, colors etc. true to life (would be nice to have pics of the bag interior as well, though). Speedy delivery. Beautiful & protective packaging. Excellent quality products.

Qualité et beauté
Étant très satisfaite de mon mini Hortensia, j'ai acquis un deuxième sac, le mini swann, que j'adore également. Le cuir est de très belle qualité et il y a un grand choix de couleurs, aussi bien en cuir lisse que grainé. Le sac arrive bien protégé et il est livré avec son dust bag. En cadeau il y a également un joli tote bag. Une marque de maroquinerie que je recommande à tous les amoureux de sacs.

Je suis très satisfaite du sac. J'espère qu'il tiendra bien dans le temps.
Je retire une étoile pour la livraison. Il n'y a pas d'heures précises de remise du colis et j'ai été obligée d'attendre une journée entière chez moi. Le retrait était contre signature.
Tout ça pour finalement l'avoir remis à la gardienne à 17h sans même avoir tenté de me le remettre en mains propres.
