Bonjour, je vous communique mon avis car c’est important et je le fais en plusieurs points :
- j’aimerais que vos messages soient aussi adressés en français (pour une marque de luxe française, je trouve regrettable qu’on m’envoie une enquête exclusivement en anglais) ;
- ma cote ne concerne pas le produit qui est de très bonne qualité et qui est très beau et que j’apprécie, raison pour laquelle après vous avoir découvert en 2025, je reviens en 2026;
- nous avons été lors de notre visite à votre magasin à Paris car au Bon Marché, ils n’avaient pas toutes les couleurs ou modèles qu’on souhaitait ;
- l’accueil à été extrêmement froid, sans aucun conseil, les vendeuses ou responsable parlant entre elles une langue nordique et ayant très peu d’intérêt pour leurs clientes ; c’était vraiment désagréable et déstabilisant et c’est bien parce que l’on voulait acheter cette marque qu’on est restées, autrement, on serait sortie ; et c’est la raison pour laquelle je donne une cote aussi basse ;
Sachez que au contraire, en 2025, nous avons eu un accueil extrêmement positif au Bon Marche avec en plus l’histoire de la marque et de son nom.

C’est vraiment dommage comme expérience pour une aussi belle marque et une si jolie histoire.
Et je déteste acheter par internet, mais si vos vendeuses sont si désagréables, je le ferai….
Je ne remets jamais d’avis négatif, mais ici, je suis obligée de le faire.
Désolée et j’espère, la prochaine fois avoir une meilleure expérience.

The customer service. Everyone was knowledgeable and so enthusiastic and patient. This was an amazing experience for myself and girl friends on our birthday trip. We all bought matching bags in our favorite color and had a wonderful time!

J’ai effectué ma commande le 28 avril et j’ai été livré très rapidement.
Quant au produit en lui même, mon choix s’est porté sur le Swann médium en couleur bordeaux après moults hesitations avec la taille small. Je n’ai rien à redire sur la qualité du sac pour le moment. Le produit est bien emballé pour la livraison, et la présence de deux totebags est juste bien.
Je suis vraiment ravie de mon achat et je réitérerai certainement l’expérience.

This was my first purchase from Fleuron. The leather of my card holder looks and feels lovely. Frankly, it looks better than other fancy and very expensive brands such as Tom Ford. I haven’t started using it yet but I look forward to it. Hopefully, it will age gracefully developing a beautiful patina.

The handbag is of great quality and looks beautiful (Mini Pivoine). It was carefully packed and delivered with a protection bag and a beautiful shopping bag. I‘d like to

Sales assistant was kind and courteous with my non existent French, and explained the VAT refund process. I had my eye on a bag since before we left home in Australia and she made the whole process very easy, professional and enjoyable. It certainly met expectations and a great souvenir to take home from our honeymoon trip.

I love the products I bought 2 bags, a scarf and 2 belts... and after negotiating the size to inches...it would have been nice for the sales girl to suggest purchasing them a little bigger. I bought two belts and neither of them fit and I only had 14 days to return...I live in the states I would have loved to do an exchange.

Toujours des accessoires de qualité et très bon accueil en magasin, même pour un simple retrait.
Cette fois-ci, j’ai acheté entre autres la ceinture Hortensia, très belle et réversible.

I loved the bag; beautiful design and amazing quality! Shipping to Sweden took literally one day, couldn’t believe it!

Je suis allée à la boutique à Paris parce que je n’avais pas trouvé ce que je voulais au corner du bon marché rive gauche. L’accueil dans la boutique était glacial et expéditif. Je n’ai reçu aucun conseil. Par contre au bon marché rive gauche le personnel était très aimable et professionnel. Pour des produits dans cette gamme de prix l’accueil est un must.
