Dear Kevin,
Please accept our apologies if something wasn't clear with the description of Pineapple Sploosh during your checkout experience with us.
The product image for Pineapple Sploosh shows that the flavour is Iced with the lettering "Iced" visible above the word "Pineapple" there is also a badge next to the foot of the character that states "Feel the ice cold blast inside". Furthermore, the first line of the description states "Cool and refreshing" which may suggest that the flavour is cold.
We allow customers to remove iced flavours from categories using the cooling level filter which can be found on the left (Desktop), "Refine Selection" (Mobile). Alternatively, we have added a convenient selection in the menu when a customer taps on Boss Shots a cooling option is presented to them which will allow them to filter out Iced flavours.
Kind regards,
Flavour Boss
