Tried to place an order over 2days somthing was down due to maestro payed in the end using someone’s visa, expected late delivery due to Easter weekend no problem received an email from DHL saying they have my parcel and will deliver on the 20th-nothingthen the 21st-nothing, then the 22nd-still nothing not showing up on tracking information that it’s out for delivery just they have my parcel rang DHL today to be told courier tried to deliver on the 19th but couldn’t gain access to property, now I’m not being funny it’s not as if I live on a cloud or there’s an invisible force field around my house so I can’t imagine why said courier didn’t walk up my drive and knock my door all I can imagine is he’s never been to my house and now I’m having to wait over 7 days for delivery that’s even if it turns up at all I’ve ordered loads before and never had this problem before it just so happens I’m low on liquid and cash so can’t even buy from anywhere else till my order finally turns up

Hey Stuart,
Thanks for the review!
Please accept my apologies for the issues faced when purchasing from us. We've since removed DHL from our website and replaced them with UPS & Royal Mail.
We're currently working on bringing more delivery options to our customers, too! Hopefully these changes will help with deliveries!

Hi John, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We're happy to hear that you're satisfied with the service. Regardign the issue with the website; you should be able to continue shopping after adding the product to the basket if you select only the 'add to basket' button and not the 'view bag' option that appears afterwards.

Hi Anthony, thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We're happy to hear that the flavours were up to standard, but we're very sorry for the issues with UPS. We're always looking to improve and streamline our service, so we have taken this feedback on board. We're currently working towards expanding our options for shipping couriers, and will be setting these plans into action imminently.
