I cant fault flashforge customer service, anytime ive had any issues (im a beginner) they have been very helpful, recently my printer sir prints alot seemed rather hungry and has chewed through his extractor cable, i contacted walter wong asking where to buy this in the uk, and he is sending a cable out to me, the best customer service ive received from any company, ill be definetly purchasing again in the future another flashforge printer

I purchased a FlashForge Creator 5 and had an issue with the synchronization of the X-axis motors. I contacted customer support and they were extremely helpful and professional from the very beginning.
They guided me through the troubleshooting process via email and, after identifying the problem, they arranged a replacement with a brand-new printer. The new unit arrived in about a week, which was impressively fast.
The support team was always quick to reply, knowledgeable, and very professional. I had a great experience overall and really appreciated how smoothly they handled the situation.
I would definitely buy from FlashForge again in the future. Highly recommended!

Quick response and took care of my issue.

There was two items on an offer that I thought I had put in my basket, but when the printer arrived the filament was not with it.

I contacted customer services and they arranged for the filament to be sent out.

I bought a adventure 5m with enclosure in the process of doing the enclosure burned up the mother board they replaced it with no hassle went above above above and beyond but I wanted a big printer so I bought any cubic kobra s1 max the max is good and quiet but the flashforge prints circles around it I've printed ball bearings and so much more never disappoints I love flashforge

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had flashforge ad5x for 6 months and started coming up with errors, customer service will tell you how to fix it, I’ve tried everything and more. They refuse to send out replacement parts, refuse to swap the printer for a working one. Refuse to co operate. Leaving me with a 5m that just doesn’t work after 8 months use and a ad5x that doesn’t work after 8 months use, both averaging at about 400 hours before they break. Scam company. Doesn’t stick to warranty which both of them were still under. Should be closed down.

The customer service did a great job with my need, always quickly answers and prestative attendance, the only complain if it can be said is a complain is about the delivery time, it tooks more then a week after they received my package to send the new one, but for the rest I just can make compliment

Customer service is absolute shit! I ordered an adventurer 5m a while ago which seized in its first test run. After some trouble shooting, customer support kept asking for pictures and videos without resolving anything and now that warranty has expired they say it's my problem. The printer hasn't printed anything and customer service left me to hang.

tl;dr got a broken machine and they say it's my problem

I know I am a little late in completing this survey but I wanted to have some time to evaluate my C5Pro.
I am very happy with the machine and especially happy with your customer service. You have been very prompt in responding to my messages and I do appreciate you for that.
Now that I've had the machine for a few pleasant weeks, I will find my way to the live chat and request my discount coupons. ;)

It started of with a few problems, but so far the customer service was bery helpful

FlashForge customer services were friendly and helpful when I had an issue with the free filaments not being supplied with my order , they despatched the missing filament without any issues , helpful and courteous , nice to see that these days .

I purchased a new Creator 5 Pro for my son's birthday.
The printer arrived late but hey, it's a new model and in demand. On inspecting the packaging it had another person's address on the box (which looked heavily damaged). I checked the internals and clearly it was not "new". I raised this with Flashforge and eventually, after multiple emails was requested to post it back, at my own cost (to be reimbursed). I sent the printer back and was sent a replacement. The replacement arrived and was in even worse condition that the first with scratches all over the top cover (and was close to fully assembled).
Nearly a month later my son is still without his printer and I'm stuck in another returns process (waiting for the slow customer service to reply).
This company has the worst customer service I've ever encountered.if there's an alternative brand offering a model with the same functionality then do yourself a favour and buy it from them.
