Awful products. Doesn’t fit watch securely, comes unclipped. Agreed to refund upon return. Allegedly return never received and still awaiting a refund.

Easy to order and delivered very quick.

Would use again and recommend.

Great selection of items on this site - I had been looking for a replacement charger for my Garmin golf watch for a while with no success (Garmin don’t stock them anymore for the model I have) - I found it here. Works perfectly - saved me having to buy a new watch. Good follow up by email from Andy to check I’d received my order and it was ok. It did take quite a long time to arrive (2 weeks) but it was over New Year and I think that was Royal Mail’s fault rather than Fitstraps fault. Fitstraps use the Shop app for tracking your orders but it was useless - even after my order was delivered the Shop app still said ‘being dispatched soon’!

I did not receive the order

Lack of prompt response following only part order received. Still waiting for this to be resolved

1. ordered 2 watch straps , only one arrived
2. got in touch with Andy and was advised that the remaining 1 strap was going to be despatched
3. The Package arrived however the one strap inside the package was the wrong strap. The leather strap is still outstanding.

Normally Andy and his team are very efficient, what's gone wrong?

I am very happy with the straps purchased. There was a problem with the delivery, (not the fault of fitstraps), but this was dealt with very promptly by Andy. I would definitely recommend.

A great strap, delivered on time - even between Christmas and New Year. Love the material - softer and more malleable than the original strap that came with my Fenix 6S so it's a more comfortable fit. I also love the colour.

Great service and communication from start to finish

Although I haven't received my straps yet due to a slight oversight on my part, Fitstraps have been great in sorting it all out and I wouldn't think twice about ordering from them again.

Replacement strap for a Fitbit Inspire 2 delivered promptly. Unfortunately I needed to get a Fitbit Inspire 3 instead but the company were very helpful in offering to sort out the problem e.g. an exchange.

I bought 2 straps by mistake fortunately I did as the first one broke after 10 days ! Can I return it to you so you can have a look at it to see what the problem was . The previous strap had been on for years .

Very good quality and good value, it’s like I have a new watch again. Delivery fast and communication good.

Nice colour, quick delivery, leather strap end & loop degrade quickly.
I really liked the colour, and an order placed on 20th Dec was delivered before Xmas, which was great! However, less than a month later, the end of the strap and loop are showing some discolouration / wear-and-tear, which is a lot sooner than I anticipated.

Order a fitbit strap for my watch put it on my watch snaps off all the time contact Andy said he was going to give me a refund then next email said to ignore that message said for me to send picture of the watch guess what haven't heard from so he is £20 better off keep away from this man Andy

Sent me the wrong strap width, I've sent it back weeks ago and heard nothing.
I'd quite like a response please so you can send me the correct strap width or refund me my money please ?
