Good experience overall. The strap feels strong and made my watch feel more enjoyable to wear

I finally found a strap that does not make my wrist feel sweaty.

My second order did take longer to arrive compared to the first one, which was a little frustrating. The strap quality remains consistent though and my Vivoactive looks great.

Fast delivery and the Strap quality surprised me. It feels stronger than my old watch band.

I use my Garmin daily at the gym and needed a softer band This one feels much better during long workouts,and does not feel heavy.

My old strap looked worn out so I tried this one. It gave my Watch,a much cleaner look.

Good straps at a fair price. Easy to put on my Vivoactive 4.

The strap fit my watch perfectly, and the material feels Soft during workouts.

This is NOT Garmin, they do seem to present themselves as such.

They are also NOT in the UK.

They are currently 10 days late on my order and have asked for a full refund.

DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Good quality band. just took slightly longer to ship than I thought it would.

Ordered a watch strap in February and still not received it. Very poor communication from the company; yet still receive marketing emails from them. I have received a refund swiftly. I cannot understand why they could not supply the product.

This is a scam company. Ordered a strap over 3wks ago. Contacted their so called help email and not had a reply. Avoid do not touch this company.

Very bad experience – terrible customer service and a refusal to address an evident delivery issue. I'm left without the stuff and without a reimbursement.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, still not received the product

Ordered 2 straps on 25th April and received them on May 5th. the straps seem like reasonable quality and match the images on the website, however the website and tracking provided are extremely disingenuous with no mention of Chinese origin of company and the despatch using Royal Mail being examples. Would not use again because of this

Poor stock management and unacceptable delay
I ordered an item that was clearly listed as available online, only to be told after waiting 37 days that it could not be fulfilled due to shipping issues.
While communication from the individual staff member was polite and a refund was eventually offered, it’s unacceptable that products remain on sale when there are clearly known and ongoing fulfilment problems. After such a long wait, I was also surprised that no alternative colour in the same style could be offered, which would have been a far more reasonable and customer‑focused resolution.
The combination of misleading availability, a 37‑day wait, and limited solutions resulted in a genuinely poor consumer experience. Stock transparency and order handling need significant improvement.

Do not go anywhere near this company. It is a con. They will take your money but you will never see the goods in spite of some fancy emails leading you to believe you will

I ordered my replacement strap at the beginning of January, chased it in February, it’s now May and I haven’t received my replacement strap.

Told the same story about supply as other reviews.

AVOID!

Do not use this company, my watch strap turned up, it was a black mesh strap for a Garmin instinct 3, straight away I noticed there were chips in the paint showing the silver underneath, I fitted the strap to the watch and the moment i moved the watch fell off, the pins that hold the strap to the watch were worse than useless, after putting the strap back on twice and it falling off again i gave up, never going back to this company!!! I have emailed them but haven't had a reply.

Avoid this company at all costs, ordered well over three weeks ago and still nothing has arrived, I’ve reached out and told them I no longer want the straps but they’ve said they can’t cancel!
I’ve got tracking information but the date goes up on a daily basis, it said 14 days initially & 15 days later still says almost 14 days, please don’t order from them!
