Samstraps Arvostelua 20

This is the second time I ordered from this store. On the first order, everything went well. I received the order and it was fine. This time though, I ordered a more expensive strap on January 24 and now it is April 16 and I still have not received it but my credit card was charged. I emailed them after one month and they replied quickly saying there has been a delay, which I understand. Now when I follow-up again about a week ago, there is no reply at all. From what other people is saying, it doesn't sound promissing.

Update: I reached out to them again on April 16, this time there was a prompt reply that they are still working with the supplier and do not have any update on when the product will be available. Amazingly, I received an advertising email from the company a few days later offering the exact same item -- but mine was still in limbo with no end in sight. Something is not right

Placed order back in January. It is now March have not received. Judging from these other reviews, just don't go there!!

Avoid like the plague. I placed an order on the 19th December and still had nothing. The customer support are relatively quick to respond at first, but as soon as you I asked for a refund, communication stopped completely. Received no real updates on the status of the order except that it was in stock and not been shipped yet. The website says up 9 business days to ship......

Ordered and paid for my watch band over a month ago and still have not recieved it dispute numerous attempts to contact them and there advertising of 7-10 days shipping lie. My mistake is I failed to read these reviews prior to purchasing and now realise I have most likely lost my money

Ordered 2 watch straps and they have been in transit for 29 days so far. Last update on the tracking said the recipient was uncontactable. Nobody has tried to contact me at all. Sent them a message via their online form to follow up. Never received a response. I think the whole thing is a scam.

Scammers! Do not buy from this website. They appear to be UK,they are not. You delivery will be a slow boat from CHINA. Please do not use this website!!!!

This is a massive scam , do not buy from them. All straps are fake and they are coming from China , alibaba , temu . Paid £ 19.99 for a cheap and nasty product which can buy from temu at £1.99.

Bought strap back in march arrived April fitted in April, only wore a few times as have several watches the samsung i wanted only to wear weekends etc. The strap fell apart just above the area where you can adjust strap. Have emailed several times used the web portal response section and have had no reply whats so ever from them not even and acknoweledgement of email. Have gotten multiple marketing emails from them though lol.
Poor shoddy workmanship and abismal customer service my advice to anyone do not buy from these guys.

I ordered a black silicone strap for my Samsung Watch 7 with blue stitching, which looked exactly like the watch face blue I had on the watch. Agreed the shipping takes a while longer than stated, but tracking is accurate and updated daily. When the strap arrived I was disappointed that the stitching was a much lighter blue than shown on the website, not what I wanted. I went to their online messaging and explained this, without any problem they agreed to refund the money. They state they carry out refunds on a Thursday, which they did and the money was back in my account within 2 days. I also got to keep the strap, they didn't want me to return it. All in all I would recommend them, the silicon straps are not as thick as original Samsung ones, so do bear that in mind, so I wouldn't want to pay full price, not sure anyone does?

They said it would take 4 to 9 days, but it's been almost a month, and the item still hasn't arrived.

I hope no one else has to suffer from buying from this place.

Ordered a samsung strap on 6th February 2025. It's been 6 weeks and I still don't know where the watch strap is or by when I will receive it.

Products appear to be sent directly from China through a third party logistics provider.

The app to track distribution is not effective and support on resolving the matter has been poor.

I ordered two straps and one was delivered nearly 4 weeks after the other. I requested info and it took me several emais to get a reply. Very poor customer service.

I bought 2 staps but I had to cancel the order. They didn't email me to say that there was a delay I had to ask them twice to let me know what was going on. Finally heard back that there was a delay but they didn't say how long I would have to wait. I ended up getting one off amazon the next day so I cancelled the order with Samstraps. Still waiting on my refund but expect that within 5 days max. They did get back to me very quickly when I saidnI wanted to cancel and that was processed straight away. They just had a real lack of communication. Id be happy to wait if I had some idea on how long. I won't be shopping here again.

As other customers have previously said this company is a scam. You can buy these the items they are selling for a fraction of the price on the likes of Temu.
Avoid at all costs and don't get ripped off!

This company is fraud!! Avoid at all cost. Chinese online scam, pretend to be in UK. Everything they advertise is a lie. Quality is poorest you can find. Wasted $70 that i will never get back. I hope you read this before buy anything from these criminals.

I bought a couple of leather straps for my Galaxy Smart watch 6. Both of them have failed. The straps seemed to be good but do not last. I would avoid this company.

It's basically just a reseller of the same stuff from Temu, it's cheap Chinese products just resold and marketed as quality goods.

Go order the same things of Temu for a fraction of the price.

Was expecting to have my new strap arrived within the week but turns out it's sent from China and took a little longer than expected.
Ordered on 19th Feb, arrived 23rd march. (Full tracking info provided)
Delivered in non-descript Chinese packaging but fits the watch nicely. Has a different feel to the original Samsung strap (slightly softer) but seems okay.

Awful. Straps broke with less than a day's use. Really cheap not worth the price at all.
