Very good exercise bike. Useful back and arm rest. Seat could do with bit more padding. I use it early morning while wife sleeping and it is very quiet. Pleased with purchase.

I recently purchased a Mini Stepper from this company, which unfortunately developed a fault. I contacted fit4home, and after describing my problem to their customer advisor I was told the easiest solution to this was to send me a replacement unit. This duly arrived within days of my initial phone call. To say that I was pleased with their speedy resolution of my problem would be an understatement. If only all companies gave such good service!

I had a treadmill for my birthday in April however had an intermittent fault and wouldn’t start contacted the customer service couldn’t be more helpful a particular mention to Nahida really helpful and very nice. I dropped one star only because we had to take it to the warehouse ourselves and pick it up but all fixed really quickly really pleased with the service

Recently purchased an exercise bike(TF-8939) from this company; which advertises "15 programs installed" There are no programs to access, the documentation supplied did not cover the console shown on the web site. After much discussion with the Customer Support group the manual for the console was supplied and it did work. We agreed a partial refund due to the lack of programs and the false advertising; this was to be paid "within 3 - 5 working days". After 3 weeks there has been no refund and the customer support contact number goes unanswered.
Useless.

I must be the lucky one. Fortunately I didn't read any of the other reviews before i bought the cross trainer.
I bought it on line (through Amazon I think, rather than direct). It turned up on time, the packaging was undamaged and all the bits were there. The latter pages of the instructions left a bit to be desired but, provided you had more than a couple of brain cells to rub togther, thet were fine,
Whilst moving my Workmate around the garage, I dropped it and damaged one of the pedals on the cross trainer. Abdul & Kimberley at customer services were very helpful and a replacement pedal duly turned up and I fitted it without a problem.
Are they as fast and slick as Amazon, probably not. Is the product any good, well my cross trainer is certainly adequate for my needs.
I am more than happy with both the product and the service. Perhaps I am just the lucky one!

DO NOT buy! Or ever use this company. Only the dumbbell weights arrived in broken packaging, no bars and one of cogs missing.There was no case and the package looked like it had been pilfered or damaged in transit.
I have requested the correct hex nut to be sent out, but fit4home have sent out a nut that is too small three times in a row, despite me sending a photo and over seven emails and telephone calls trying to resolve this.
This company are not fit in your home or anywhere near it. Do not go near! So frustrating to deal with.

Within 6 Weeks of use and only having it for 7 weeks this rowing machine has become faulty, I am unable to use and it is not fit for purpose. Fit4Home have refused to give me a full refund and to get it repaired or replaced I have to pay the shipping costs. As you can imagine shipping this item would be very costly. Despite trying to initially cancel my order after reading many online reviews, I was told I couldn't as the item had already been despatched. I was told I must receive and sign for if there was any damage so they can claim from the carrier. The carrier did not wait for me to check the item and I didn't sign for the item even though I asked him to. I expressed my concerns to Nahida from Fit4Home at the time of trying to cancel my order who assured me the item would be good quality and if it did become faulty, a full refund or repair/replacement would be given at no cost to myself. After looking at their returns policy, if you accept the item even if you do not open the packaging you will incur the shipping costs. I have spoken to PayPal who made me aware that I could of refused the delivery and Fit4Home should of disclosed this at the time I tried to cancel this order, they did not. I have raised a dispute with my credit card company. This company is happy to accept your money but will not provide the appropriate level of after care service. DO NOT purchase any equipment from them or if you do make sure it's done via a credit card so as you have extra protection especially in the case if your item becomes faulty after 30 days.

Ordered a cable crossover machine via wowcher through Fit4home end of february before lockdown for £385 delivered, get told they’ve gone out of stock but a new shipment would be inbound around end of march and would be delivered to us, couple of days before they’re due to deliver they told wowcher to cancel the order due to not having the stock, and tell me they cant fullfill the order even though they’re still selling them on their website- conveniently at a much higher price of £650 not including delivery. I just cant believe they could hold my money for months on end only to let me down, and lie and say it was about stock yet they continue to sell them to others taking advantage of the lockdown by selling at inflated prices. The most annoying thing for me is that i could have easily bought a similar product at argos which was £300 and just as good if not better, but that went out of stock soon after and hasnt been back in stock since, so now i’ve not been able to properly maintain my fitness. Really unhappy with how they handled my order, this has taken me weeks to get over.

ordered from fit4home on 14 april, tried to cancel order, was told next day delivery is ready if i dont cancel, after accepting the next day delivery nothing was delivered. on 17th april 2 of 3 items delivered, contacted fit4home and have been ignored off and on up until today 28th april, still nothing from fit4home.
