Mind you I've bought their gloves twice in the past 4 years.
This time I placed an order 2 weeks ago on the most outdated website I've seen in a while. Also paid a significant amount for express shipping.
Their order confirmation email went to spam of course, so I had to reach out myself to have any info about my order. After inquiring many times, I still have no shipping info (2 weeks!!), and their support is unable to give any specific answer.

This is a pity because the product is great, but the business is horrible. Would not recommend buying from them. I'll be looking for an alternative.

To the business: I will open a chargeback with my bank if you don't respond to me with either tracking info or refund info by today.

I have been wearing the barehand gloves for years now and they are honestly the best gloves for grip and to stop callouses on your hands if you lift heavy. They really last too. Excellent service. I love them. You won’t be disappointed with them.

I have been using Barehand gloves for about 7 years now. I've been through 3 pairs but that's because I use them 6 days a week. They are very durable and do the best job of protecting my hands from calluses. I almost refuse to pick up a barbell or dumbbells without them on my hands. One time I ordered a knockoff brand from Amazon and there were a total waste of money. The Barehand gloves are thin enough to still feel like I have a solid grip which is important to me. I highly recommend them!

I started using these gloves to minimize the calluses on my hands while also getting a better grip while training! Using these gloves are truly like having a second skin! I barely notice I have the gloves on when powerlifting. When using kettlebells for dynamic movements like swings and snatches, I dont have any slippage at all. FIVE STAR REVIEW and highly recommend these gloves to save your hands!

Hands down the BEST pair of gloves I’ve used in 40 years of training. Love them so much I purchased every color! It’s all the benefits of the gloves (hand protection, grip, padding) with such a minimalist design that they don’t feel like you’re wearing anything. Would HIGHLY recommend!

I bought a pair last year and they are still perfect. Love the way they fit on my hands, super useful, no calluses, easy to use (they don't suffocate your hand), now I'm about to buy pink and grey colors, loving this tech.

I ve got a lot of pairs (different colours for different sports) and friends of mine too.
Since i have this gloves, i have no(!) problems with my hands. Bevore and with other gear it was terible.
The barehands are allowed in competishons, what is great for me.
I got my items every time and i used the Support one time and it was fast, helpful and customerfriendly. (I did a wrong order and the changed it without any problems)
I use them daily with crossfit and olympic weightlifting.

I absolutely love my barehand gloves. I am on my second pair in 5 years and they are so comfortable and light on your hands. Thin enough to feel my kettlebell but strong enough to protect my hands and help improve my grip. Easily the best gloves I have used for kettlebell training

I purchased my first pair 3 years ago and lift minimally 5 days a week. I finally had to order a new pair and unlike previous reviews from others, mine came within a week! I hope they got their shipping issues resolved because their product itself is wonderful And can really take a beating.

I have been waiting 2 months for an exchange (smaller size) to be sent back to me. The Initial purchase and organising the return was seamless, but since they have received my gloves (aust port tracked), I have been ghosted. I have sent 5 or so emails with no response. Last week they contacted me and I thought they had finally been shipped, however seems like I've been given a fake tracking number, as it's been sitting on 'pending' since then.

Really appalled by this service, and I am out of pocket over $100 with nothing to show for it.

Buyer beware! The previous accounts of non-fulfilment of orders are accurate. I ordered during the Black Friday sale on Dec 4. I was told that my order had been shipped out, but despite following up 3 times for over a month, they refused/were unable to provide a tracking link. I never received my order and requested a refund.

Ordered gloves November 29th on Black Friday sale, gloves have still not arrived. Customer Service is a joke and they claim you can text the CEO with complaints but that goes nowhere. Extremely unhappy with this company, absolutely no transparency. Buyer beware!

Ordered a pair of gloves and when they arrived they were damaged. Had a big hole in the material. When I contacted customer service I was told I could ship them back at my expense and then get a refund, or I could order a new pair and get a discount. I told them these options were unacceptable, and that I would not be paying more money to have the gloves replaced when they were the ones who sent me a damaged product. I said I would like a refund or a new pair sent and they refused to do either, saying my only options are those they offered. I am shocked at this terrible business practice, they actually expect me to spend more money when they are the ones at fault. I’m appalled.

Scam!

I have followed up on this product several times and it's now been months and the product has not been delivered despite customer service advising gloves have been delivered.

Company has taken a payment and no delivery done.

This is a scam. Do not buy!!

Ordered 2 pairs - first pair far too big even though I measured using their system. Each time I ordered they took the money and then kept requesting payment saying the order had failed. Very expensive to return and very poor customer service. Second pair have finally arrived after emailing 3 times and still too much material. Over priced product

Basically it's a scam and unfortunately, PayPal doesn't shut down their account, so they keep earning money...
I ordered 2 sets of gloves and received an envelope with a paper with a picture of the gloves!!
I opened a case file with PayPal and the seller told them that I could return the items and I would be reimbursed upon confirmation of the reception of the items they never sent...

I sent pictures of the envelope (thin as a paper sheet) with customs declaration stating that both set of gloves were inside, although it's physically impossible to put anything inside that envelope apart from a piece of paper, and still, PayPal says to send them the articles...

Don't get tricked

Buyer Beware! My son has place 2 orders with this company and has not received them.. His girlfriend also had the same problem.. They won't return email or phone call.. Awful I have called 3 times in 3 weeks and no one has responded and he purchased June 27th was the date of order and still NOTHING!!!!!!!!

Purchased barehand grip on the 21/4 and I am still waiting.
First email reply stated they are on their way and they will keep an eye.
Second email remained unanswered.
Contacted them through their website, no reply.
So far, 17 May, no gloves no refund.
Rarely buy through online shopping, I wonder why?!?
