The constant tension doesn't fade with use, unlike many rubber bands on the market. If you want to get serious about your workouts, Underdog Mentality products are a game-changer.

I would highly reccomend the upper torso, extreme tensile rubber, high resistance posture realignment system (Power position product), it is very good for posture and works great. I also bought the lquid chalk, which has been a game changer for my grip in the gym.
