I dealt with Matthew. I found him to be patient, understanding and a man of his word. No pushy sales just comfortable chat. Did all that he said he would so that I was very happy with my purchase. Found this company via a car on eBay. I would be happy to purchase from them again, though I hope I don't have to for some years to come!

No pressure or hard sell, which makes a huge difference, we looked around at our leisure and asked for help when needed. Mathew was great, couldn't have asked for better.

From seeing the car on Autotrader, going to view and test drive was easy, the car was made easily available for a test drive even when I hadn't made a appointment. Mathew was professional and not pushy, he left me alone to look over the car. I left a deposit and was able to pickup the car this weekend, 5 days after viewing, the car needed a tyre which was replaced and a new MOT was put on prior to collection. The hand over was done very easy and stress free and the thank you box was a nice touch. I would consider using Fish again, their prices are fare and the fact you don't have to pay a admin fee on top the asking price like a few companies I looked at. All in all a good professional experience.

I bought a vehicle that was returned twice for mechanical issues ,I was assured it was all sorted until a recent MOT revealed that anti roll bar drop links had been replaced....er , no they weren't because it failed due to this lie of them being replaced , my wife and daughter use this car as well as me ... So I will never use them again !!
