I collected a car from Fish Autos today having viewed the vehicle a couple of days earlier. The car was for my grandson who is learning to drive, so we visited the dealership having seen a selection of cars online suitable as a first car. We were impressed with the selection and were expertly guided by Matthew & Chris. We chose a Seat Ibiza and the deal was struck without any fuss. Upon collection the car was well prepared and all documentation was processed to our satisfaction. I really felt that this was a better than normal purchasing experience. A very relaxed manner about the business. Ryan was very clear and knowledgeable about the vehicle I bought. There was no hard sell. I would say customer service is a big part of their business. I certainly would recommend a friend to buy from them.
