5 star for a reason

First i gave 1 star because after collection, the weight on the delivery note didn't didn't match my bookings and destination name was same as senders' though i indicated someone else. Collecting the luggage was a bit complicated as it was in a gated complex with 3 different instructions and codes to access it and it was collected without a hassle from France and delivered 2 days later in the UK without any issues and all items intact. 5 star service.

Outstanding service

Outstanding service. Our luggage arrived sooner than we anticipated. We had clear instructions before shipping. Most importantly we were kept fully aware of the progress of our luggage. Highly recommended

Great Service

The whole episode went well from start to finish, from when I first called to the end delivery to my house on return from my Tour as Tour Manager. Great service with constant advice and updates.
