Always always had a great service
Always always had a great service from First Luggage. This time even though the couriers vehicle had broken down and couldn't collect the suitcase, First Luggage sent someone else out straight away. Very helpful customer service and very regular tracking update. Will be using again in the future,

This is the third time I have used this service They make traveling so easy without luggage to worry about.
Just consider traveling by train.
No carrying cases to the station,Finding somewhere safe to store it on the train Carrying or wheeling between platforms No need to load into a taxi .
The luggage is at my Hotel when I arrive I Would never travel again on UK trains without using this service

DHL poor
DHL poor, as did not deliver to the hotel stating it was closed ! but First Luggage saved the day, and got them to rearrange.
Excellent as usual by First Luggage, who can be relied on.

Do not use
I have used this company 3 times and 2 out of the 3 times has been a disaster and I won’t use them again
Firstly the customer service is shocking. You have to keep calling. Nobody gets back to you and when you e mail the response is extremely slow
I have come to France for a photo shoot and to spend a month here . I booked and paid £344 for a one way service and for my luggage to arrive no later than Monday August 4th ahead of the shoot on the 5th
I then had to pay £60 for duty. Given everything in my case is my own I have no idea why I paid duty. But I paid it 4 days ago receive my items so now it’s over £400 to receive my 2 cases
I still don’t have clothes or shoes and I have spent the last 48 hours in the same outfit
They have no solution other than telling me my luggage is in customs
There is no offer of compensation or solution which is extremely stressful
I have dealt with Kristina who hasn’t been helpful and just keeps telling me my luggage is in customs
Do not use this company and pay to travel with your luggage as it’s much cheaper and is less stressful

I will use first luggage again
Unfortunately my suitcase arrived a day late at the resort. However first luggage are refunding the outward journey. It has been unfortunate as previous experience was excellent. And my case was returned to me from Switzerland within 2 days, which is commendable as the resort was very remote. I will certainly use them again as I do believe the lateness of my suitcase arriving at the resort was a one off and will not happen again

Four days late
Bag for France collected Wednesday, promised for Friday, delivered Tuesday. Given common problems with french customs dealing with UK goods, why was it not collected earlier? Clearly french planning isn't great either as it was released Friday morning, but didn't make Limoges early enough on Monday for the delivery round. Being told if I made a 300km round trip to get it Monday was no solace!
