I paid $45 for an application fee. Waited weeks and I received emails. Miss informing me I was advised I was in third place. Via email then I get an email saying I’m in first place only to call and be advised that I am in second place. This is like a joke. I insisted on a refund the life is a joke to this company.

Policies difficult to navigate. Very strict and needed same information multiple times.

All customer service reps where friendly and well informed. Thanks to all which helped me succeed in finding my new home

Simple and quick. My husband and I don’t have the best credit and we went through quite the struggle finding housing for us and our kids. We were blessed to have found Excalibur homes and a residence to call home. Highly recommend.

Customer service agent I am working with is rude.

everything was okay honestly, but i’m an adult and the person overheard my mom say oh hell no and i said i’ll make the decision and get back as soon as possible and instead i was told “im just gonna cancel your application”. it was cancelled because i “didnt have the money to move in” when i very much did and just needed to think on it being that it was 9pm and it is a huge financial decision to make instantaneously especially at 18. all i needed was a few minutes. but other than that it was ok.

to work with, and the communication from Findigs was great.
