The help I got made this process so much easier.

It was hard getting in touch with someone, but things finally worked out.

I got a lot of errors on the website while trying to apply as a co-signer/coapplicant. They made the process take much longer than it should have. I have a rating of 4 stars because of how helpful the customer service agent was, otherwise it would have been lower.

Communication and response seemed lacking in the whole process.

It might take a long time to get in touch with them but it’s well worth it.. nice houses. Don’t give up keep calling and email them as well ..

Really streamlined property management company. It was so easy to find a rental home and do all the steps necessary to move-in. The Trustmark employee, Raquel, at the Harker Heights office was super friendly and helpful for any issue that I had. Highly recommend!

They were fast thorough and great customer service!!

The manager I worked with was knowledgeable helpful and didn't pressure me. Answered all questions I had. Gave me time to get said documents.
