Too much leeway for the A.I. bot. Need human intervention much sooner when things go south. Also, "Findigs" is a dumb name. Be creative, Suits.

The verification process has been unnecessarily difficult because the AI screening system appears to require an unrealistic level of detail within a single document before it will verify information. As a result, we have had to request multiple overrides and provide additional personal documentation that seems unnecessary, despite already supplying sufficient evidence.

Clearly the agents are AI bots, I have never been asked so many times for the same document over and over again. I personally would not recommend utilizing this company for screenings since it can’t understand nuance.

I applied for my apartment and it asked me for my bank statements from July 2026… Obviously that’s not something that I can produce... I’m embarrassed to say this but I went back and forth with a bot for 2 days.

Not great overall but it doesn’t matter since I was able to get approved and the property management company told me that they’re going to be leaving this screening company regardless so I guess that speaks volumes too

The application went very very well. The apartment manager team was very well respectful they made me feel as though I was already home! The tour was amazing and the procees on feeling out the application was easy.

This experience is terrible. There's no real follow up. Customer service does not exist. I applied for a home providing all information that was required while also meeting qualifications. they asked for more information which i attempted to provide but the slow response is too slow leading me away from the home that i wanted to rent. If anyone wants to rent their home through here, they will fail at filling it.

Terrible. Trying to separate me from my spouse. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

LIARS - They claimed to be representing the landlords for a home, and guaranteed if I could pay the application fee, the home would be held for us. We told them we have a disability housing voucher up front.
They made us pay $55 each (x4) for application fees, promising they would reimburse us when we moved in.
I got a call this morning from the REAL landlord, telling us that they NEVER charged application fees and they do NOT work with Findigs. We've had to freeze our credit accounts to prevent fraud.

As you consider all of the "5 star reviews", know that a vast majority are from "customer"...nothing fishy there!!

Absolute scam, requires too much information. Instantly denied on two applications for two people. I would sue them into oblivion given the chance. It's already hard enough to survive out here without these pieces of shit. Out $100 because of these bottom feeding pieces of crap.

This is the most evil and inhumane company. They have taken over 100$ from me and my fiancée. The company is an ai company that screens poor people for landlords, and refuses to take my cash income as an income source. Please if you are a landlord do not use findigs, as the house we were looking at renting has been on the market for 4 months in a busy fast moving market all because the AI refuses to accept any tenants.

The platform shows problems to send us the application code, and we payed the most part it.
We have been trying to get help for days but the support team is not really help us. They keep asking us for the same process and many email without solution.
We risk losing the application, the house and our money because the website could not sending us a code.

Company’s underwriters are either AI junk or oversea morons. Told me my income was $877 a month which was nearly $10,000 off. Please do not waste your time with this moronic company. Find a different house if they use their a god awful website.

We applied to a House and were approved on this location and we were told that a leasing agent would reach out. No one ever reached out and I had to call everyday to get someone on the phone for them to tell me the house we were approved on was already taken a couple days before us. So not only did they already have someone committed and approved. So they took our money for the fees and RAN OUR CREDIT FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely a scam of a business!!

I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT I COULDNT GET TO THEIR APPLICATION, AND THEY COULDNR EVEN HELP! I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE USING FINDIGS WHEN THATS HOW THEY ARE GOING TO LOOSE POTIENTIAL RENTERS,DEALING WITH THEM

I applied for a home with Maymont homes and Findigs is who the application is done through. The process was horrible and it feels like they are there to decline renters and keep the upfront fees that are non refundable. I was told that my home would be $1399 a month, but when I went back in to finalize things I was told that they could no longer honor this and that it would be over $1750 now. My income was not calculated correctly, so we asked if I could be approved with conditions and was told yes. I got a message that I was approved but there was not anymore communication. I had to go into the leasing office and they agent was just as confused as I was. I was then told to reach out to the manager to see what my approved status was, and was told that I would be getting a welcome email soon. The next day, I got a call that I was approved, but only up to a certain dollar amount ( the amount that would have covered the initial rate that I was given) but the property I applied for does not have any homes for that price. So now I am DENIED and not actually APPROVED. This has been the most frustrating and stressful process, to think that you are moving into a home and to be told you are approved just for them to say that you are not. Findigs is a terrible company, you can clearly tell that you are talking to a third party vendor through a chat ONLY. You get the same generic responses, with no help from the leasing office, because they can not make any changes to application information. I have never had an experience like this with renting a place. If you can avoid using them, please do!

The worse experiment I’ve ever had..could not talk to a live person and the bot would not use my business account which I receive my income. If I could give you a Zero I would..awful

Everything I literally am a full time single father and business owner and provided three sources of income and this still wasn’t enough they wanted access to too much personal information even after providing bank statements from both my business and personal bank accounts
