Stay away
Stay away. Company is a joke. Sent items back and didn't receive refund. Told them I didn't want items to begin with. I informed them within 3 minutes after order was mistakenly made. Was told I was to late, even though the website says to expect 3 to 3 days to process order.

We are sorry to hear about your experience.
Orders are sent to our warehouse immediately after they are placed and enter processing right away, so we can keep overall processing times as short as possible. Unfortunately, this means that cancellations are no longer possible once an order has been submitted. By the time our customer support team reviews a cancellation request, the order is already too far along in the process.
In addition, after an internal review with our support team, it appears that the return instructions were not followed correctly and that the order was returned improperly. If the return instructions had been followed, the refund would have been processed right away once the tracking details were provided. As of today, we have not yet received the return at our warehouse, nor have we received the tracking details, which is why the refund has not been issued yet.
Please contact our customer service team once more regarding this matter. We will make sure the refund is processed as soon as possible anyway.

So far so good, I just placed the order. We’ll see how long it takes to get here, but I wish you had a ball for the elbows rather than the other device. I would’ve bought that too.
