Goods didn’t arrive, still waiting on a refund
The initial delivery dates say 5 business days in the UK. The items purchased took over 2 weeks to leave China, with minimal up to date tracking other than referring me to something that hadn’t been updated for weeks.
The item finally arrived with the courier (Relay), three weeks later, but they delivered to the wrong address (a building site, next to a skip, we multiple tradesman coming in and out).. Unsurprisingly, the parcel was not there when I tried to locate it.
I notified Relay, who acknowledged their mistake, and said speak to Final Putt. FInal Putt has eventually responded saying provide a photo of my front door, etc. They then did it reply and now are asking again if it got delivered. I’ve made multiple requests for a refund but I’m getting nowhere.
Beware that these items are coming from China and customer service is extremely slow if you have a problem.

We’re very sorry to read this, the situation you describe is understandably frustrating, especially after the courier confirmed the parcel was delivered to the wrong address.
There must have gone something wrong in how this was followed up on our side after you shared the delivery issue, and we apologise for the delay in getting this resolved. When a carrier misdelivers a package, you should not be left chasing updates or a refund.

For clarity, we’re a Netherlands-based golf brand. Some items are fulfilled from international warehouses, which can affect delivery times, but that should never impact how quickly support resolves a problem like this.

Cheap plastic rubbish
Cheap plastic rubbish. Has no weight in the back so when on lower angle it wobbles. Alignment sticks are cheap plastic, no fibreglass like a real one should be. Do not recommend this product.
Get same results with real alignment sticks in the ground or side of a range bucket.
