Package never came and PureStrike wouldn't re-send the item. Seems like a shady company and I will never buy from them again.

Scam company, they send cheap defective goods. Do not buy.

Sent several emails concerning my order. Gave me a shipping number and order number. The shipping number shows shipped and now it’s saying the shipping number has expired. Tried several times by email to respond but no response. It’s a total scam. Never can get in touch with nobody

No one has received any prpduct or refunded.

Less than 1 star. Do not go through this company. Ordered over a month ago and still have not received. They sent a link to a shipping company that seemed fake. I would recommend going through Amazon, or any other company instead.

*Updating. I did get the product, it is fine. Took forever to ship. Still would not recommend.

Has been over a month and still have not gotten my order. As others have stated the package comes straight from China. Customer service did reply one time to update a tracking link that didn’t work, but haven’t responded since. Total scam.

Ordered on January 21. It’s now almost March. Have not received the training ball or any tracking. Have tried contacting the company twice but they have not responded. I just reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I encourage anyone else who has had bad dealings with this company to do the same!

I ordered the Performance ball and putting mirror. It has been 2 weeks now and no sign of it, they don't respond to emails and no telephone number on the website. As others have noted, this appears to be a scam.

Don't waste your money, same product can be bought for £5, very cheap and nasty rip off of the tour striker ball. Took 2 weeks to come from China. Asked for a refund and got an immediate AI generated response asking for more information. 3 emails sent since and no response. AVOID !!

Cheap build and zero response to request for refund. Avoid.

Looks cheap, feels cheap, the pump shipped with the ball worked for like 5 pumps then it broke. Not worth the money compared to similar training aids from Amazon or Temu

Similar to someone else below, a £70 training aid arrived with parts missing and no one from customer support has responded to my emails. I think it is a scam, avoid and buy from a reputable golf supplier

Update - I reported this company to my bank and was able to get a refund, still no responses to any of my emails despite being very vocal on social media.

After waiting for 3 weeks the products were received yesterday missing items and cannot be used. I purchased as this high price for a premium product and so far appear to have been scammed. No response to any of my emails over the last couple of weeks to date. Seems to be a scam.

Extremly bad delivery time. I sent an order 3 weeks ago and the packet is stil in China

Inferior quality of product. Product shipped from California and now telling me to return with tracking # to an address in Australia. They will not send return label for a product that cost less than $5 to make. They will not dare to provide photo of product you are actually getting in their advertisement.

Very slow delivery. Orders dispatched direct from China and I’m still waiting 12 days after order for my goods to arrive.
