Beschadigde schoen, maar geen response op emails
Helaas schoenen ontvangen waarbij aan een schoen een beschadiging zit. Heb op 30 december een email gestuurd en uiteindelijk op 12 januari een reminder, aangezien ik me kan voorstellen dat men vanwege de feestdagen wellicht minder heeft gewerkt en mogelijk een backlog heeft. Echter tot op heden radiostilte vanuit FP.

Do NOT buy from this company. The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I ordered shoes November 12. They sent shoes that weren’t advertised. I told them about it constantly with hardly any response. It takes weeks for them to respond. Now they’re saying they won’t send me the correct product because they “refunded 20% already”. THEY SENT A WRONG PRODUCT TO ME.
I have to follow up constantly to even get a reply and they’re not doing anything to help. It has been 3 months. No refund. No correct product sent. Just delaying and saying I got 20% back so it’s done.

The shoes you received were the correct model you ordered. The only missing element was the brooches on the loafers, not the shoes themselves. We have explained this in our previous communication.
To resolve this, we offered you multiple options:
A 20% refund
Sending replacement loafers
Providing the missing brooches
You were free to choose whichever solution suited you best. Due to current U.S. shipping regulations, we have experienced temporary issues sending the brooches separately, which we also communicated to you transparently.
After your most recent email, we have reviewed your case again and will now arrange a return so you can send the shoes back to us and receive a new pair in full.
We always aim to find fair solutions for our customers and regret that this situation has led to frustration. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to resolving this properly.
